Oh, Acorn Park Do you miss us there by your heart? Where are your old trees and bench That beckoned us way back then? Now you've a stone surround. No matter ~ new lovers will come Your spring shines with silver spangled light That is best when week's end is nigh.

Thumping Moon               If the moon were my heart would it beat lightly with inner glow - and sing to say be happy about all the love it has known? The moon sheds no tears ~ is this  because of its' shining warmth within?   My thumping heart is warm, yet my eyes leak Is it now empty with nothing to shine on beneath?
