Home Somalia Is next to Ethiopia In the horn of Africa Looking like a dystopia Oozing sadness Once a beautiful land Now turning bland Not many know what they once had Seeing only the bad Making me sad And indefinitely mad. Yet it's still my home No matter where I roam Through whispering dome Or from Paris to Rome Yet in this home Up is down Left is right In my home There is too much fright There's ****** orphans everywhere But with all of the fights There's no one left to care Up is down Wrong is right There's nothing left in our town Because we fight My people know this, My home can't take anymore But we are lead by the blind We are now lost Tearing at our history At our own land Forced to flee. We are unable to gain freedom From ourselves, we **** Try as we might, I see no happy endings for this tragic story, Not in my lifetime. As we refuse to unite We strive to end one another If we keep going at this pace, We are going to run out of time and lose this race.

Lies Told
I fear for thee Tears I see Nothing before me Blocked I hear Nothing but Leers Why so queer? There is nothing to fear! But if you sneer I won't come near. That, you should fear.

Untitled Fear
They say I am a terrorist Yet they don't even know my name They have never met me And still they call me names I wonder if they see That I don't like their games That I don't wanna play With my life on the line See I don't know what to do with theses crazy stereotypes that DON'T define me...

They don't know
This undying hunger Hunger for knowledge Knowledge to feed on To feed on in the dark and in the light To use day in, day out This growing knowledge Turns into growing hunger Hunger for knowledge Knowledge about the unknown This undying hunger brings The hunger to know everything Even if it's nothing To learn everything that matters... To you...to me...to her... To him... Everything that matters, matters Even if it's small...or big... They say; 'the more you know, the more you forget. The more you forget, the less you know'   So what do I know? How much do I know? Why should I learn, only to forget

Knowledge
I am not a disease So set yourself at ease. Don't get down on your knees, Because I don't want to be teased So give me back my keys And leave me alone, please!

Alone
Black, ugly, and fake That's all I think of when I see you So black hearted, I wonder why the surface didn't change As ugly on the inside as you're on the outside, never saying anything that is true. So **** fake I don't know what to take From that ****** mouth of yours... Playing with people like they are toys

Fake
No I am not lying When I tell you people are dying You see me crying Because there are so many not trying You shouldn't be  starving when you have an option There are so many children crying  Because there is no option Can you hear them asking? Begging and pleading? For someone to save them? Starvation is the reason  There are 2.6 million children  Leaving  every four season See, every penny counts Especially when it's something you believe in So, stop acting like a fool Wasting food  When it's  a tool  In basic survival For those in need Now get off your couch and stop feeling sorry When you can be doing something about it Don't put it off until tomorrow  Because there might not even be one For those starving in places like Africa or even your own state, city, and dare I say it; community.
