it was all very familiar.
it was all very sad.
it was all quite lovely,
the love she never had.
it was a constant in her life,
she fell too freely.
the boys were carefree,
unable to love really.
she couldn't keep herself from loving,
it was a gift and a curse.
seeing the best but
feeling like the worst.
