What if I told you that your heart were like two tectonic plates that reverberate with the drum of the earth the tremors stretching vast and wide would crumble your walls and light them in flames what if I told you that there is beauty in the ruins for those who seek to find and light in the abyss for those who wish to see would you let the ruins come alive, let the earth of your heart quake and quiver like plates refitted together wishing to shape a new earth? Behold; the strength of your soul

earthquake
as the mountain towers over the shrivelled earth and the remnants of yesteryears, who knew that underneath grass, the clover lies in wait; bidding time for when the ploughboy wends across the field, overturns the soil and shackles the ground it was a struggle under the starless skies a wrestle with the shadows of the mountain and little could he grasp and amount in, but still he tries again and again   the mountain sees and sings for the ploughboy's labour to not be in vain for the clover to break ground and for them to sprout as one in the rain.

plough through
for I am a candle in the wind flickering stretched thin leashed on pulled back by the forces of the wind Yet A flicker of hope stretching through time, leashing across seasons pulls me along the cruises of     the          wind There, I will extinguish in ashes but rise up   in flames rekindled

Wind me down
with you sadness was more melancholic than I could have experienced and happiness was more euphoric than I could have imagined

i could have more
shall we get out of this car, sit at the boot talk life and listen love pause time and let the seconds drag through eternity so as to replay the crinkle wink of your eye relieve the hitched up twist of your smile and start all over again? // no for I learnt you can't start over what hasn't begun

the flutter of the heart the twisted gut the Love I thought I wanted - for you ceased to be Love in exchange for the broken chains the unwrung wings the Liberation I didn't know I needed.

grasping
you were a jerking ripple to the tranquility of stilled waters a wind that slaughters sturdied barks ******* you invaded the dead of the night and occupied home within my thoughts I try to draw the dots like constellations that rewrite what could have, would have - oh what a fallible attempt of a retaliation that made no mention of the wails of the stars; where I gave the unanswered Okay that you robbed and thieved away
