American Every day we spend here is like a whole lifetime of dying slowly
to find real, true beauty just look up at the stars there is no way of knowing who we really are looking into a mirror and as seconds tick by we pretend not to hear them while we wish we could fly our freedom feels anchored but it's all in our heads we are never remembered until we are dead

The Existance of Existentialism
Windshield wipers running on dry glass. Lightning so bright, no need for headlights. Streaks of white when I close my eyes. The angry skies tell no lies tonight.

Another Untitled Short Work in Progress
He'll lose himself to the sensation of the stilletoed temptation, The billboard peepshows with the super-sized lies. He'll waste the money he so shamelessly worked the streets for On chemical romances that distract him from the skies.

An Excerpt From A Song That Got Scrapped
The homeless schizophrenic if the future of society. He is begging for change and yet having no sense. Relying on the egos of the thick-wallet mirages, never not knowing how rich he could've been. He'll hop on the train headed east to the city, not ever once minding be it fast or be it slow. Knowing the fact that it'll be just as ****** Content to just feel that hot wind blow. We are all homeless schizophrenics in training, Waiting to turn blue, eternally resting, When our day comes, there will be no second-guessing Its been a long time coming. The end of our quest.

Future of Society
We fall to the floor with scars on our veins, trying in vain to mask mankind's pain. If only for a moment, or until we die. So say one last prayer, if you haven't yet lost your mind.

An Untitled Short I Wrote During a Dark Time in My life
(chorus) It looks like a dust storm, but i think its gonna rain. he's just like a doctor, but I'm always in pain. So follow me this way, through this charade, where everyone is shouting, "Show us better days!" (Verse 1) C'mon do this with me now, it'll be so much fun. It wont let you stop when you say you are done. Just one more today, and another tomorrow. There will be no more anger, replaced by guilt and sorrow. CHORUS (Verse 2) Trust me on this one now, It's not as bad as they say. It's as sweet as a kiss, but less loving each day. Still though, you wont stop. You'll always find a way To get more tomorrow, If you can't find some today.

Substanial Introduction
There is more that I want to tell you than I have time to say. Skeletons fill my closet, That's why I can't stay. They turned me into the monster I despise today. ~ Is it even worth it to contemplate why I'm the person I am yet am unable to cry? As a burden to you as well as myself When you care for my well-being because i can't. I forced your attempts of support right past me, Along with your attempts at empathy. I closed myself off from you. So I think it's time for me to go If just to ease your life, But to where I do not know. I hope I'll figure it out before it's too late. ~ One less source of stress. One less hopeless mess. I'll leave no trace, As if I never was there. Not a poster on my wall. Not even a pen in a door. As good as death in your eyes, But wherever i go I'll be gone from your life. So try to remember my good side. Try to disregard my occasional reprehensibility, My selfishness and my lies. ~ Those bricks I laid upon your shoulders, Please toss them to the ground. Hear the smash as your memory of me drowns. Walk away from my shattered body, Erase the pieces from your mind. ~ But keep my heart And you'll still see me when you dream.

From Melancholy to Misery and Back
a plethora of pills to keep my mind at bay but it doesnt help, the thoughts wont go away stuck in a never ending melancholic twilight there is a way out, not one i'm ready to consider so it looks like i'm here to stay things looking worse every day "you are meant for something great" they always say but i sure dont feel that way living only for that fading high that release from reality that relief from impending insanity i can feel it coming maybe its already here but everything is a blur i wish these dark skies would become clear looking for the light stuck in this fight in my mind i cannot hide so i'll bide my time until the day i die i hope it comes soon, i cannot lie
