There is one person you should love
Before you love anyone else
This person needs to be put high above
And be first from everyone else
This person needs love and care
For they are in this room we share
Being not treated right there may be a war
For mental health they store
This person should be your world
The person you feel comfortable with
The one you tend to first
The person you laugh with
This person is i or me
This is self love

I could start by saying life is rainbow and flowers
But mental health devours
I could say it gets better
But sweeter the lie harder the fall
I could write a letter
But it would be better
If you heard my words
I could say it doesn't hurt but they are just words
But I've learned to numb the pain
I could say get over it
But hurt will be the only gain
People keep a lot in
As we feel like garbage in a bin
A pin dropping silence it is when the demons come out
They play they fight they hang about
Til we fall
And they devour all

Thing are dark in a way
Mirror mirror on the wall

Depression has a horrible scream
No more monkeys jumping on the bed

People die by too many pill

Happiness is just a trick

As beautiful as hugs can be
That person is not forever
As beautiful as a new born can be
They too can turn into a ugly truth

They hide deep emotions

My family is my art
My friend is an animal I love
A flood can be made of emotions
A person can be made of sadness
Or only the feeling of numbness
A smile hides the most broken
Or a scar shows the bravest
A love of madness
