According to her She’s a walrus. With a two inch waist. The wind whistles by As it passes through The space between her thighs. Mind the gap Your mind whispers. You listen to her guilt Over that last burger. And your mouth twists. Wide open eyes As you sweat in pants A little too tight. And dream of mermaids In a sea, so light. She doesn’t deserve to be upset. And you want to tell her so. Chest widens Breathe In Her chin trembles. You can’t be mad. She’s trapped too. So you sigh, And think about gravity. 9.8 Meters Per Second. Squared. (K.R.S)

You are the enticing novel I love to curl around on a rainy day Like a steaming mug of hot chocolate You thaw the freeze covering me inside You are the never ending box of tissues Dabbing at the overflowing crest of my tears. It’s as if you are the doctor Who administers me my medicine You are my sanctuary, my confidante, my love But most importantly, You are mine (K.R.S)

Mine
The ridges of my scars are easy to trace Bumps and bruises are the very code of my past. Feather your digits Across the Braille of my skin. From That violent violet patch of skin A direct result from the day Mother screamed after me as I pitched and tumbled off my bike To The barely there, white imprints Of the blades that lazily drifted Across my wrists, stomach and thighs. One touch to Feel Read Know Me. (K.R.S)

Touch
I finally realized why The young must love so fleetingly. It started the day Your biting remarks laced with venom Showed me how cruel you could be Any affection I had towards you perished Like the leaves dropping from branches On one chilly autumn eve. We fall so hard So heartbreakingly fast Is it any wonder that the impact Is so incredibly Shattering

Love Shatters
Hello When we first met You left a crater gaping in my chest. Those dimples. That smile. You just ripped me apart. The perfection that was you astounded me. And When I broke You found my little cracks Pressed them close to your heart away from the dark I shoved and pushed with everything I was. You just wouldn't let me go. Goodbye. Now our time is drawing to a close Someday I hope you realize How ****** much I love you.

Hello And Goodbye
One day I want to scrawl the words of out kind. I want my words to be the moon that pulls someone's tide or the wind that sways the trees. I want them to be etched in memory. I want my words to tug at the corner of someone's lips And fill the gaping break of someone's mind. I desire to have my words grip darkness And make someone stay. I want words of mine to be something more than Shapes strung together in lines, to form a meaning.
