John is a software developer and sometime technical writer living in San Diego, CA. His interests include computer science, poetry, and music, which is a kind of poetry too specific for words. He studied literature with the late Dr. Steven Wright, a Henry Fielding scholar, who became a friend. And he studied biochemistry under the guidance of Darwin Berg at UC San Diego. He lives with his two daughters, two cats, and their mother.
