LIFE ENCOURAGEMENT POEM
life is like a tug of war
you pull, pull until
you can't pull on no more
the feelings of depression
knocks you out makes
you feel so weak can't
feel your feet on the ground
the feeling of depression can't control
you but take over you
it's like a virus trying to fight back it
gives you a massive heart attack
in this cold world cold as a stone
they say hurtful words that might
break your bones people won't seem to leave you alone
but you seem to make it on your
own life is what you make it
and its starts with me
life a journey lets see where
it might take me.

my heart sings can that be love
how does it feel to be love
to be a touch
to be love by a warm heart that will never fall apart
seeing you gives me butterflies hope you don't fly away
for my love for you is forever here to stay

the feeling of being alone and feel so drain up at night no one to call your phone. it's like an anti- virus eating you up inside you alive but still trying to survive.
something things move so fast around you but only you moving so slow
living in a world so hot but you feel so **** cold.
you take until you can't take it anymore you giving up on life and don't know what your hoping for . you wear a mask and try to be so happy but go home wonder why your so unhappy and ask God why your feeling this way
you blame him for taking all your joy and happiness away.
depression hurts it really do I got depression I made it and so can you
