Your clear eye is the one absolutely beautiful thing.
I want to fill it with color and ducks,
The zoo of the new
Whose name you meditate --
April snowdrop, Indian pipe,
Little
Stalk without wrinkle,
Pool in which images
Should be grand and classical
Not this troublous
Wringing of hands, this dark
Ceiling without a star.

my heart shattered into pieces
words are wrapped under my skin
the red skies are coming through your shadows
stories are untold, letters are unfold
hands are shaking, eyes tired from crying
i really miss the melody of your laughter
the serenity and butterflies i get
everytime i see you smile
the galaxies and stars inside your shining eyes
how i miss your body and soul
the way you talk and the way you walk
why do you have to leave?
why do you have to go?
don't leave me alone with these broken pieces
i see you on every faces in the streets
i see you on the white ceiling in a cold morning
i see you in the heavy rain
i see you on the blue sky after the sun rises
your smile fades on a summer breeze,
leaves me alone with the humming leaves
only 3 words left out:
i miss you.

Her skin was made of caramel
With purple highlights through her dreads
Hazel eyes that made me melt
And luscious lips of red
A girl I've never met
Yet we seemed so close
We laid down in bed
And began ripping off our clothes
I grabbed her wrists
As she went down to feast
My fantasy spun into a bliss
With her desire she needed to feed
Her fingertips brush my lips
She looked me in the eyes
This was the end of it
Girl of my dreams, but this girl was mine

Photographs are blurring.
The air in here is stirring.
The doors become alluring.
Sitting in solemn silence.
My pulse is ever fading.
The walls are now degrading.
In memories, I'm wading.
Walking in solemn silence.
I see them all speaking.
I see her mother shrieking.
I see their eyes are leaking.
Standing in solemn silence.
A rose. A path. A smile.
The only, for awhile.
Two steps could be a mile.
Looking in solemn silence.
Nineteen years was brief.
I wish I caught the thief.
In her veins, it found relief
In solemn silence.

I would bend myself in half and break bones
if it meant I could kiss your lips.
I would break down doors
if it meant you were behind them,
waiting for me.
I would eat all of the foods I hate
if it meant I got to have dinner
with you.
I would watch films I despised
if it meant I got to take you
to the movies and see you smile
at your favorite parts.
I would run a marathon
if it meant you'd be at the finish line
waiting to greet me.

I'm above the clouds,
swimming with high hopes;
holding onto my dear life.
Please winds, carry me to the happiest place,
because I swear I wish to feel no more.
I walk on thin ice
hoping to make my way across.
Take my hand, guide me there.
I couldn't let you go even if I tried.
Show me that life can be beautiful,
that pain has a prize.

You make me wonder what I would be like
If you hadn't comed in and changed my life
if you hadn't made everything that's wrong seem right
or if you didn't trick me into believing in love in first sight
or if you did teach me death
because I died when you left me
So I guess that means my question is answered
without you in my life I would be like a cancer survivor
without the cancer

I just want to mean
the same thing
as you mean to me
but I guess
I'm just a *dead star
in your cosmos*
while you are
the universe to me
