I had closed the door upon my wounded heart and I wouldn't let anyone in I had trusted and loved only often to be hurt but was determined it would never happen again! I then locked that door and took that old rusty key and flung it as long and as far as I could this time it was different I wouldn’t give in For my heart was at last closed for good! Then one winter day you entered my life And I realized my heart had been lifted That tiny little key that I had hurled hard away Was just seconds from being re-gifted! It was at this moment when you held out your hand there was only one thing I could possibly do a smile crossed my lips…it was then that I knew That the key to my heart… it was you!

Key To My Heart
The trouble with Hello Poetry Is that I fall in love daily Held under so many captivating spells moulded and crafted by all walks of life I find myself longing for all of you the broken, the fallen, the bruised the saints, the sinners the righteous, the dispossessed the holy, the unholy all meet here to speak of life as they feel it as only we know it. Onwards, upwards Downward spirals kindness, cruelty crashing through boundaries bounding across oceans carried on wistful sighs and broken dreams The trouble with Hello Poetry Is that it breaks my heart Then brings me back to love again All within an hour.

The trouble with Hello Poetry
Jazz… Spontaneous! Unique! You are certainly one of a kind… The notes you play caress my heart… Your words, they fill my mind. Alto…Baritone…Upright Bass… Your voice is an instrument… My soul must embrace. Pizzicato… crescendo… Feel the rhythms sway us to and fro Your eyes can say with just one glance All that my heart will need to know Profundo…staccato… Why must this symphony come to an end? So we may return once more to the notes we played And perfect our love again! Bravo? Encore? La Fine!
