My poems all start with 'Dear Denis'. It is a pen name for my first love, whom I've loved and still love. He has been gone for a while now. And when he left, he took my heart with him. I hope anyone that reads my poems can relate to the emotions I feel while writing. The pain, beauty and heartbreak.
