clank
I've come to a point where I'm tired of destroying parts of myself
clank
Through the days and nights, with the same worn out weapons
clank
Leveling acres or quietly chipping away
I see the damage, I wander amongst the ruins searching for the centerpiece I created all that I am around
But it wasn't a static object
And as the dust settles, somewhere, so does she
clank

You've locked me in chains and thrown away the key.
All of my futile attempts to escape have only bound me tighter without air.
But even if now, my body set with gashes, unrecognizable, the key lay in front of me, I wouldn't budge.
