Today is the day it all started The day our worlds collide The day that my heart was arrested by your beauty In which I loved every single thing about you Your luminous eyes that takes me to other places Rosy cheeks that blooms whenever you smile And time stops whenever I see you smile Your soul that embraces your simplicity And made me love you unconditionally And today is the day it all started and also the day it all ended. You silenced us Ruined my trust Today is the day when you told me You don't love me anymore at the diner we usually dine on a cold Wednesday morning Remembering the dreaded words which escaped your lips, the look on your face, the heat on your words As you say the most painful words. Now that you're gone all those years were gone in the blink of an eye All the laughters became tears The us became I. But I still pray for you The best for you but without you is like a starless night without the moon And still hoping for you to come back So today I am writing to you until I can find the words to reach you For I made a vow to fall in love with you every time the sun rises And so I will wait here. -Louie Escaño 8-2-18

I looked at you You looked at me We smiled and the moment was just so perfect All I could see was you Nothing else and no one else Only you, you and you. The sad thing is that I actually believed you wanted to be with me. I looked at you and realized that it still hurts. You're still breaking my heart and you don't even know.

I've once loved a girl who I thought would be with me endlessly She told me that we'll make it last forever, never leave me even beyond death. She loved me to the moon and back. It was all a lie. I've once loved a girl who made me laugh and smile like never before. She was once my happiness and joy, She take away all my anger and sadness. She brings out the best in me. I loved her to the level of everyday's. But now, she's gone. I've once loved a girl who I opened up my heart wholeheartedly, Little did I know I was being toyed to the very end. She torn my heart to pieces. I sat in the corner crying, thinking where did I go wrong, Maybe I was not enough. I've loved and still loving the girl who broke my heart, I was too dumb to realize, she's already happy with another man. While i'm here hoping that she'll come back. I've loved a girl who is not here anymore. To think that I do not have her. like a candle without a kindle. My heart looks for her, and she is nowhere to be found. My soul is not contented that she disappeared from my life. I wish you never had to go. I've loved a girl who is already happy with another man. I guess it's time to move on. And if suddenly you come back, please dont,for i shall already have forgotten you. There will be no point in loving someone who can't love you back. I've once loved a girl who don't deserve the love I gave.

Today is the promised day I'm holding all my love for you And willing to give everything Ready to fulfill the said promise Yet unable to do anything Other than to observe you from the distance With an eye full of tears And an aching heart The promised day was supposed to be Happy and joyful But today, It was filled with sadness and regrets.
