The little boy stood, with cone in hand. The ice cream on the ground.
The tears welled up in his eyes, as people stood around.
Tears fell like rain, his heart was breaking, he didn’t know what to do.
Then through the tears, saw grandpa kneeling… Saying, “Grandpa’s here for you.”
Grandpa said to the ice cream man “Another ice cream please.”
“Stack it high and pack it tight.” “We’ve got things to do and see.”
The little boy melted into his arms The sorrow turned to joy.
When grandpa’s near, all is better For grandpa’s little boy.
Oh, grandpa loves you Tony Boy Forever and always.
When things get tough, call on Him He will lead you through the maze.
When you get to Heaven, many years from now. You will find me waiting there.
I’ll be by the ice cream stand a waiting Just for you to get there .
The little boy grew to a fine young man. The time went by so fast.
He learned of things not of this world. The things that will always last.
You could see grandpa and the young man, Walking side by side through life.
When things got tough they called on Him, To help them through the strife.
Oh, grandpa loves you Tony Boy Forever and always.
When things get tough, call on Him He will lead you through the maze.
When you get to Heaven, many years from now. You will find me waiting there.
I’ll be by the ice cream stand a waiting Just for you to get there .
The young man cried when grandpa died. As they lowered him in the ground.
Tears welled up, in his eyes As people stood around.
Tears fell like rain, his heart was breaking. He knew just what to do.
So he looked up high to see the Father And heard “Grandpa’s here for you.”
Your, grandpa loves you Tony Boy Forever and always.
When things get tough, call on Me I will lead you through the maze.
When you get to Heaven, many years from now. You will find him waiting here.
He’ll be by the ice cream stand a waiting Just for you to get here
Oh, grandpa loves you Tony Boy Forever and always.
When things get tough, call on Him He will lead you through the maze.
When you get to Heaven, many years from now. Your will find me waiting here.
I’ll be kneeling right next to Jesus While I’m waiting for you to get here.
Good night sweet Prince. See you in the morning.

*When a Dryad cries …
… the bright red leaves
drip
and the tree stands
in a pool
of blood
… forest green leaves
drip
and the tree stands
in a pond
of heartbreak
… red and green leaves
drip
and the tree stands
in a lake
of sorrow
There is no sadder song
than when a tree dies,
there is no deeper grief
than when a Dryad cries.*

Definitely, I have crossed miles,
Encountering hidden crevices and trenches,
Wrapped with merry green.
Many a times, I was cautious,
But humanly instincts have failed many. Darkest caves do have light,
And sometimes I found some of them.
Time changes like fashion,
And now I am stuck in a rainforest,
Luscious and gay,
But, isn't beauty a little deceptive?
Making some of the good days not so good.

VIEW FROM WATERCREST ST.
Clouds that look like something
A novice wedding baker
Would pipe onto a cake
Spread themselves across
The distant mountain tops
In swooping shades of
Peach and cobalt blue.
The sheet cake of
Remaining sky
Resembles Blueberry Yogurt
Swirled with apricot jam.
As quickly as this
Wondrous dawning scene
Appears, it fades
To ordinary morning
Clouds, and sky that hints
Of rainstorms and
Humidity.
What did I do yesterday
That earned me
This reward today.

If people like you,
Not for your talents,
But for the real person you are,
It is the greatest thing ever happened to you.

Flowers wilt to bloom
Dancing in a hot Summer
Bathing in an August rain
Waiting for Fall, around the corner
Autumn trees, entomb their roots
Six feet below
Hibernating, in the Winter
After their leaves blow
The color of life changes
As seasons come and go
When one life is nearly cut short
Yet, in its place another one would grow
Plants once again florescence
When Spring comes around
Moving their feet and branches
High above the ground
I’ve seen all that I must
The changing of weather
From the fiery days
I wanted not my skin
To the cryogenic times,
I cuddled, beneath a warm feather
So, this cycle ends not, too soon
Like the cold days in December
Seasons metamorphosing
None-stop forever

And this is the worst time,
Hanging on the dangling bridge,
Roaring waters calling from beneath,
Shouting to the friend standing on other side,
His body disappearing at the horizon.
O dear! pray in hearts of heart for God and loved ones,
And they will be,
On the bridge,
Helping you.

She has seen it through all her life,
Hardships, failures, pain, everything sad.
Her magnificent work was never awarded,
Neither were her good deeds acclaimed noble.
Her thoughts were laughed at,
Her ideas always neglected,
Misunderstood as being highly ideal.
There is a whole Her world inside,
Untouched by any soul.
She felt sorry, when letting her emotions out.
There were none to listen to her,
None to lighten her pain.
She has always wore this fake smile,
Pretending everything is alright.
But her inner self knows,
she is tormented.
The good quotes irked her,
Since she has had enough of bad,
Yet, her heart always speaks of trying again and again.

Limitations of a human are still neglected,
Claiming that everything is possible.
Someone said,
Impossible is I'm possible.
If so, why not jump off a thousand metre cliff.
The saying is a virus,
Inciting young minds to dream the unachievable.
After all as goes by the saying,
Hard work is rewarding,
But then failures strike,
Dismay creeps in.
It is easy to blame not accepting that they are to be blamed.
Keep trying is another lie,
Since there is no time.
Life is short, dreams are more.
Life won't always give the best.
But there are men who have achieved much,
Not driven by ideal pursuits.
Respecting self is rare trait.
