Should thine rhymes be a labyrinth and divulge such complexities that one cant comprehend
Or should they flow and elegance as if written from Shakesperian pen
Or should they be simpler and have no tambour
And use little words that we can understand faster
No-blunt-short they should be
Without those silly metaphors and similes
Or should they articulate messages veiled amongst words and phrases
And have us concealed in our thoughts for ages
Should they be pretty and make us smile with their giddy jokes
Or ugly and make us frown because the truth makes you choke
Better yet happy they should be like ice cream on a summers day
Or sad like a breakup on February's special day
Whatever path you choose to believe
A poem not meant for you are words fit for me
Let A poem be and let it words breath

A veil I hide behind to keep me safe
From crooked smiles and laughs I get throughout the day
I pretend to bend and tie my shoe
Dodging, but listening to the conversations that come through
No Integrity, No Truth in the world no more
With the way those sapiens talk all they can do is leave sores
No more can a honest word leave ones lips
Only phrases that can deliver something ludicrous
Like Cetus they birth words more and more
And what is born are monsters that feast on ones core
But silent I say, No words do I speak
And I just as wrong for deciding to be weak
