to hold a star
would be a magnificent thing
but where would i hold it?
my arms?
my head?
my tongue?
yes
to hold a star on my tongue
i’d cough up a slew of new constellations
and put them into place
form nebulas
taste the moon- any moon
eat a planet
or a comet
bathe in stardust
sleep on clouds
fly over a supernova
if i could hold a star
