The twigs and branches of her charred wings remained motionless as her head hung heavy
Criss crossed and and worn, behind rainy willow leaves
two watering celestial spheres swirled
until they sat fixed at her feet
a frayed hole, at the tip of her shoe
sailed at the bow, propelled by grass stains and dew
a hard working crew: refreshed from the sky, displayed for the gods
Were smited there on the seas by her whispering angelic frauds
Reached for the ax
angled it right
one fell swoop shall set things right
hand full of vines
she looked back at herself
Through the black holes in her eyes
but even this wasn't good enough
nor the fallen leaves upon roof tops

Wiping the webs and dew from my withered eye
Centuries under Luna's light
Red and yellow fade back into the grey
Knowledge is color
Absorbed by the grey
And forgotten at sunrise
Collidescope stars shoot through cornea openings
Twinkling displays expose that silhouette
His silhouette
After many rotations I will search for him again
Iridescent light bursts through the grey
Now that the radiant oil warps my eyes
With collective vision
And sweaty palms
I reach into his shadows
And stick my hand inside the sand
To pull on the strings of whatever was and whatever will be
And become everything and nothing one a finger at a time
From the sea soaked dust of time

While walking
Clusters of red dots
Appeared in front of my shoes
Diluted by pine needles and dirt
Until more drops broke through
Coming alive, they followed me
Nipping at my ankles
Craving sustenance from their lost body
Those splashes of life beaten out by savages
Splattered to die on the side walk
The thud of bloodied broken knuckles against newly exposed tissue and bone
Echoes through those forgotten red dots
Still crying without being heard
Spilled by the same species
Two hostile beings
Who fought senselessly out in the street
Have forgotten that both left the same life to die on concrete.

Day by day Ice drips
Day by day small freedom Is granted to my limbs
And day by day, I worry of what will come of tomorrow's new movement.
But let others' time dwindle out as our time remains slow
Let us create a new world while we watch their stars spin eternally
One hundred days is mere hours when i'm under ice with you.
And on that day we become free
When all the others have passed
Let us remember our time frozen
And how still we made it last

In the months of white illness spread
Cold and cracked insides matched the frost bitten leaves
Unknown sickness, later discovered as Crohn's Disease
Froze me to my bed
Unable to melt until the following spring
Still I live with ice in my veins

Become comfortable wearing that mask.
Brown eyes feed you enough to sustain that sculpted smile
Until the gaze breaks
Pulling out liquid sorrow
Nourishing newly blossomed red petals
When the last soul departs
Where yours is free to jump out of its skin
Realization meets your spirit across the room
And your soul asks it to dance
While they waltz back through your pores
A simple epiphany etches into every layer of your mind
Everything you do is for those brown eyes
Always here
Forevermore
I put this together on the night your angel stopped singing
I bleed black ink and scar this paper
Tattered emotions pulled out by the roots and planted sloppily
Broken wings
Broken dreams
I spill these words and paint myself with lies
With any hope, maybe years from now
I am able to spark the light that I put out
And set things right again
Today
Tomorrow
And everyday after
Everything is done for those Brown Eyes
