that is thrilling

In my dreams I am a shell,
getting tossed and tumbled
in the waves and currents.
As I am carried from beach to beach
I see more and more.
Most people wont even notice me,
for I have so many relatives;
so many yet none look exactly like me.
I am unique and special.
I have dents, dark marks, and chips.
That is okay with me;
for it just adds to my story.
I am not afraid of cracking,
for I will just be multiplied
and my story will live on.

I am trapped
In one emotion
Happiness
I am not allowed to feel anything else
I will be punished
My rights stripped away
