I have a dream
a dream of just you and me
just the two of us
forever to be
walking down the beach
looking at the sea
why can’t this dream
be a reality
When i look into your beautiful brown eyes
It reminds me of a warm summer night
how I wish your lips could meet mine
for i guarantee sparks would fly
i have a dream
of you and me
looking up at the stars
hand in hand forever in love
maybe one day
my dreams will come true
but for now it’s just me

It ***** because she isn't mine and probably won't be.
To her i'm just a band kid and she is a cheerleader on the cheer team.
Im sure there is someone more attractive than me.
Someone she cares for.
But if she could only see
how special she is to me
than maybe her and I
could become we
Instead its just me.
But if she is happy with another guy
than I'm happy for her.
Because when she smiles
I see something more
beautiful than the stars
Who am i kidding
to her ill always be just be that guy who teaches her songs.
Maybe one day I can tell her.
But until than I'm going to stay quite so I dont embarrass
myself even more than I probably already have
But in the end I’m just a guy
with a song and dream
