In this season of death,
We walk the hollowed halls,
Deep within our own minds,
Stroll through the graveyards,
Of broken promises and lost dreams,
The thinning Vail reminds
Us of the loved ones lost,
And the sunnier days we had with them,
The days grow shorter and colder,
But death is such a beautiful entity,
In that with death comes new life,
Each peril comes a decision,
A chance to create beauty from the ashes,
Every choice made, Through and to conclusions,
Is a chance to rise from the previous cinders,
Even through the end of our knowledge,
Where life is unknown,
And we face uncertainty, We have the ability,
To face a new type of life.

People always tell you
Life is what you make it
Then why is it the hardest working people
Get the short end of the stick?
Is the lower middle class unlucky?
Is luck passed down
From one generation to the next?
What is luck anyway?
Some mystical force that not enough
Of us pay our tributes to?
A shooting star? A dandelion?
A penny with one's birth year on it?
And why then does working hard not earn us
The wondrous ways of "luck"
If you ask me... And yes no one ever has
Luck is simply having the right devices
When opportunity comes knocking
We, of the lower middle class, often forget
We make our lives what they are
And we have the power
To change our own circumstance
Without the luxuries of “luck”

The human heart
Broken
Whole
Old
Young
We all at some point
Put a lock upon it
Some do it because of hurt
Or fear
And hope
That someone out there
Holds our Key
Each lock though is different
The metal changes
Some are made of soft metals
Some as hard at diamond
Some are see through
Some are tainted with evil
Begging to have the seal broken
Others are pure and innocent
Fearful of being broken
Our keys are just as different
The only one we are given
It never has a name with it
No instruction guide
You'll never know until
It is in front of you what to do with it
And even then the key
Maybe not belong to the lock
That you think it does
But one thing is for sure
When the lock and key belong
To the right people
A Beautiful Love blossoms
And it shines to the whole world

Sometimes the road of life
Leads to some cities and towns
You don't wanna go to
Some are the big smog filled cities
Some are the deserted ghost towns
Filled with all the things that
An innocent child's nightmares are made of
These places are uncomfortable
They make us want to hide
Run.
Our thoughts are all different
But they have the same purpose
We roam down the road of life
Sometimes fast at times slow
But the road keeps going
We are brought to places
We don't want to be
But we are never brought to places
That have no exit
There is always another place
When our path finally does end
It is never in one of those places
Fear and hostility are
No where to be found at the end of time
Peace and serenity
When we finally leave our path
Where our human form can no longer walk
We are home.

Easy ways to lose yourself
Fall in love
Fall in hate
become King or Queen
Have a Death of someone you love
Lose the one you don't want to live without
To him:
I am myself when I am with you
Without you there is everything missing
I lose my soul and passions
When you are gone
My life has no purpose
Though others love me
You are the most important
One I want in my life
Your love completes my existence
Without it I will fade into
Nothingness...

I want to bleed
To make sure I am still living
The pain growing inside my chest
I want to bleed
Please mercy let me bleed
Bleed out as my body falls limp
Surrender to the pain
'Cause that is all I feel anymore
Happiness is a mere apparition in an obis
Of eternal darkness
We like to sugar-coat it
With peace and humanity
But the black hatred
Will always over power the light and love
War will always take down peace
I want to bleed out the happiness
For it will only bring deeper grief.

My mind lifeless
Body aching and tired
You leave me drained
Too tired to continue
Running in endless circles
You try again to steal my heart
Though we are already too broken
To fix what was once so abundant
It twas here in loving merriment
But we didn't cherish it
And left it to wither away
Now it's gone
This time unlike all the rest
Never to return to our feeble hearts
So please I beg you
Stop running me in circles
Be the best you can be without me
And one day you will find the love that I have
Realizing that there are so many fish in the sea
Though I still love you
Love Me.

Strong.
Do you know the meaning?
Of this extremely powerful word?
Will.
The will to live,
Is a strong one,
Do you have it?
Have you stood,
Through the down pour,
Wondering if you'll ever,
See him again?
Have you watched the,
Strongest person you know,
Fall to pieces before,
Your eyes?
In the eye of the storm,
Have you seen,
Your very foundations,
Crumble?
The pain that stabs,
Through your very core,
Have you felt it?
Do you know,
What it truly is to be
Strong?
Will you ever know,
The strength in your neighbor?
Your best friend?
Adult, Child, Young, Old,
You may see them as weak,
Do you know the story?
Behind their tired eyes?
Have you seen,
What they saw?
For you do not understand,
The strength that they endure,
You may never know,
The wonders they have overcome.

Wind whirling,
Songs to be sung,
By the birds,
Hush in an instant!
The hail pours from the heavens above.
As the rain floods,
The once inhabitable streets below...
No one is safe!
Mothers hide their babies,
In a futile fight for life.
No one is safe!
Husbands try to rescue their families,
As they are crushed,
In the rubble that was once a home.
No one is safe!

Awaiting the rising sun,
Like a bird,
In her cage,
Strong and calm as the earth,
Stalking the moon shone shadows,
Cooing her midnight song,
To the dead wood,
The waters still,
As the sleeping sea creatures,
Yet to hear,
The fragile tune,
Sleep lonesome dove,
Sleep.
