Tremendously excited and waiting

To kiss you in your cheek and say you're mine.

The clock is ticking it's now 10:37
My heart is pounding like I can't breathe much longer
In a minute or two you'll be out in the wild,
I'll promise to protect you tenderly and mild.

Why should I have to feel this way, the feeling of confused and dismay
Don't know where did I go wrong, don't know why I'm writing this poem.
It goes like..
I was wounded, I was hurt
Now I'm feeling like a ****
Now I'm crying, now I'm dying
But I'm still saying,"I'm BRAVE".
I knew before we're not meant to, but I don;t want to feel blue
So I faced the consequences, now I don't know how to fix this mess.
