Wipe this hatred from my lip
Like the blood that burns our eyes.
Lick the essence of my change
For it is the only way into my
Love.
The air we covet is not
Good for us. We must cleanse it
Or it will deteriorate our cage
Of protection of which we depend
Upon.
Only we can see our future
For everyday we create a new one.
It is only us that knows our next,
The next that has yet come, my
Love.
To be ashamed of our yet is to be
Ashamed of what could be.
You must discover your heart,
The heart that forgets how evil it
Is.

Mind
From caring about the outside
So much.
I want to break it from it's
Cage.
Maybe then I'll find my way out of
The storm
I've been in for more than a decade now. Maybe I'll find
The eye
Of the storm, I'll float towards the sun where

Discover the cracks
The fissures that make
Up the temple of my
Mind.
Find the location of my
Thoughts and unearth them.
Cleanse my mind with your
Platonic breath, bask in the aroma
Of my speechlessness.
Become alive in my wake,
Frolick in the pasture where
I reside in my finite fatigue.
Only you
Can relieve me of the
Eternal rest, the rest that can
Be broken.
Cherish the way my love
Grows carefully or hastily.

Can you walk
