She loved when they made love and her heart would peak She loved the kisses he planted upon her cheeks She loved the lazy afternoons spent in the Sunday sheets She loved the hands that could make her high without any measure She made no mention of her guilty pleasures With each day she would have never guessed that he would make her pay The bruises he left were contradictions to the kisses he had once planted The lazy afternoons were filled with screaming and *** without love But she stayed She stayed Why did she stay? -DDF

a haiku.
No, don’t look into my eyes You might see the glitters No, don’t look when I smile You might see me lose my mind No, don’t feel my heart It’s a fear I hardly hide No, don’t look at me You might feel my heart beating fast No, don’t be sweet, telling me take care You know how you can take me to heights No, don’t make me feel you miss me too You know I’ve been dying to see you No, don’t ever think I’m in love with you Cause you know I’ll shut off as soon as you knew No, don’t tell me you’re leaving anyway You know how and why I’ll bleed everyday

I’m not in love
It was the night of your birthday You gave me a great night, The best conversation I've ever had I decided to give you the greatest gift I could Thought you'd give it a good use Now you decided my love's not enough for you...

That night
You make the light shine brighter And the weight feel lighter, And you open my eyes to the new, So now my heart will love more Than it could do before, And that's all because of you.
