Yes, Little Heart, you are full of pain and much longing (deep mourning) and I have kept you silent. I was afraid to listen. I was afraid of drowning. I was afraid of . . . you. Yes, Little Heart, I am trying to listen and to give you space and to give you a voice hoping you will give me a voice too.

Yes, Little Heart
Your love is a diamond-ruby         song at my throat         fire wired to my heart.         All the players on the stage                throw their damp duvets         But I will give it sanctuary                my whole being Infinitesimal space to spread and grow.

Another Love Song
I am light years across the galaxy past the event horizon. I am obscured by clouds beyond the mountain ranges broken and filled with valleys. I am across the ocean with a wall of fire about me. My face is covered with ten thousand masks; My hand is close to my chest; and I like to keep some things to myself. So, sail across the galaxy climb the mountains traverse the valleys brave ocean and fire take away each mask and come to me.

not my words
One day, one day I'll be baptized in fire and the flames will tame my flesh. They will burn burn burn burn away my desire when I'm baptized by fire one day.
