It's more than just The lust That tortures us It's the trust We both make That mistake And we regret it With every breath we take

Regret
We see a body But not a soul We love a person But hate at the same time We wake up with a smile But we keep problems inside We read enchanting words But we live in a chaotic world We make new friends But in the future theyre our monsters We make love But we feel ***** like wars, afterwards We follow the lights But it may lead us to trouble We fix things But were not the one who broke it We eat to feel better But deep inside you felt heavier Sometimes we do things, without knowing its consequence and its real meaning.

That boy has friends just like you That girl hates her parents, too The mailman has to feed his kids His wife is dead He has no bed That girl was at a party last night That's why her hairs a mess She's in three different fights And see those circles under her eyes? Jack Daniels did that to her too That woman has a therapist Her husband won't give her a kiss And all these people need something too They're all living Just like you

Every moment. Every touch. Every breath. Everyone. There are seven billion people on the lonely planet. Each completely and utterly alone Only briefly touching each other Only to seperate again Everyone is a story Every face, another tale Every day, another page Every step, another word Seven Billion. Seven Billion stories simaltaneously being written Seven Billion Characters. Seven Billion. Sonder. We all are living. Sonder. Noun, a realization. Sonder. Everyone living a life as vivid and detailed as our own. Sonder.

if all I was supposed to be in your life was an extra I would happily pass you on a street corner if that meant I was somehow a part of your life but I am more than that to you and you are more than that to me we are both heroes of different epics striving toward different goals who have lifted each other up rather than simply passing each other on street corners you didn't just serve me coffee I didn't just catch your eye we are more than that whatever that means and I love you it is strange I should say so often 'I love you' but it is my constant reminder of intelligence superlative ability and camaraderie we are neither military men nor animals we are the rewards of our labor you of mine and I of yours
