Eyes are unique.
They don't have a mouth.

I was up til' 4am today.
I looked up and asked God to help me.
I then looked back.
I saw all that I had.
Money, a heroic career, Love.
I looked forward.
I dreamed of all the possibilities that life still had.
I did everything I could to not look down.
I didn't want to look down.
I thought I beat this.
But, a loaded 12 gauge of steel
was looking, open mouthed at me.
I swear I heard it say
"Welcome Back."

Do you know how hard it is to wake up everyday knowing that you are the ONE thing that might keep the ONE thing you love in this world from everything?

She caught me when I was losing my mind.
She told me,
"Shhh. It's ok. Stop dwelling. Im here and this is now. I love you."
But the thing is about "now" is that its a fleeting moment. I knew that.. so I asked her..
"I know.. But will you still Love me later? When all my demons and heretics come to burn me? Are you the one who makes my belief that "people always leave" disappear?
"No."
