One late evening, you slipped into life like a miracle,
Hoping and expecting a lot, was just being cynical...
You entered, you captured with that adorable smile,
Making me believe, for you I would walk any mile...
Started as strangers, easing into something more,
Someone who might finally take me to the shore...
But...
High hopes came crashing, walls came crumbling,
My cries getting painful, my screams so deafening...
Bailing out on me like every other before you,
Losing all the faith in you, alas only if I knew...

Realization of abandonment, the curse which haunts me...

The clouds of uncertainty hover on my head,
Realisation of the truth edging towards me..
Life has been nothing, but long and painful,
The showers of uncertainty everywhere I see..
A cry for peace, a scream for help,
Every passer-by, ignoring my plea..
Why does it hurt being so lost,
Life being nothing but a hazardous sea..
Isn't there anyone hearing my pain,

Abandonment has made him looking for clues,
Fear to love and lose evolved into Pistanthrophobia...
The numbness and hollowness he felt in his aching heart,
Feeling like a dead corpse, going through analgia...
Facing his share of heartbreaks, been easily replaced,
His heart wishes nothing but to suffer from amnesia...
He now sits in the dark corner, battling his inner demons,
Thinking of the spent moments, going through nostalgia...

Waking up to sunrise so beautiful,
Sad to see that it is only witnessed by a few...
Looked at her with sleepy eyes,
Witnessed the beauty that no one knew...
Wishing to always see her smile,

Her presence makes it all colorful,
Without her, nothing but blue...
Takes a long whiff letting the air fill my lungs,
Relaxes my head back, enjoying the view...
