33/M/Romania The only way I can express my feelings is through poetry.
Hello, my friend, Long time, no see! Remember that time we went out to sea? It was you, and me, and our friends, The tavern was warm and we had mead, But the sea was calling, you heard it too. You know that our hearts speak to each other true. A storm caught us, the sails had broke, It was dark, it was dank and there was no hope. Fate took you that night, never to, again, sing I hope you strayed on an island and became king. Once again, I go out at sea, I know I won't come back. You guys were my life, I'll treasure our time. The fish, the song, our comraderie. Our time.

The sea holds my comrades
Remember when I said to you - "God has room under the sky for you too." ? Sometimes, I wish someone would tell me the same, But I know, inside, there's no one but me to blame. All my tears have been shed. All my thoughts have turned to dread. My chest has turned into lead. Am I still alive or am I dead? Perhaps, someday, it will all go away, With a smile, I shall greet another day, Defiant I stand, in front of it all, With mud sprayed on my face - I still stand tall! Today, I am defeated - Tomorrow I will be defeated too. After two days, I will still be defeated, And in three days, I remain defeated. In four days, I will keep being defeated, After D days, perhaps it will stop. I am feeble in body, mind and soul, A lost, white lamb, tainted with coal, I must keep smiling, I must walk forward, Time waits for no one! -- I shall have a drink.

Dry
Hello friend, remember me? We used to cast our rods together, If you will kindly grace me, Wait for me in the nether! I want to ask you how you've been, And if they're taking care of you there, Lately, they're asking about you everywhere! I raise a toast to your kindness, That you spread everywhere around, All it took is for me to ask, For me -- to dive into your teachings in abound. Let my eulogy reach your ears, With the mercy of God, forgiving, Let The Holy Spirit be your compass, And this, a tribute to your legend.

Let's cast our rods one more time
The night provides catharsis, To those who do not listen. Daylight shows the truth - That I never want to see. You are my antithesis , Like a carpet of falling leaves. You hide from me your secrets, That would break me, had I known, Yet the owls cry the night for me, For secrets I do not own. My dear protector,        - my confident,        - my bearer of wind Do not banish me forever, Across the river Styx, please, Instead, lay down with me in silence, On our carpet of fallen leaves.

My Confidante
It was the warm month of December, And I decided to go for a swim, I took all my clothes off, Everyone's eyes were grim. I jumped off into the warm waters, And when I woke up, It was you and me on this simple boat, Having the time of our lives. "Do you have a stereo on this boat?", I asked you, And your reply was mute. I decided to enjoy the silence, And your beauty was simply astute. When we landed ashore, I searched in my pockets, I found two coins, somewhere deep, "I won't need these where I'm going!", So I gave them as a tip. I gently waved goodbye to you, My wonderful companion, And I'm off to enjoy what's out there, In this wonderful mystical carriage.

So, do you have a stereo on your boat?
Eponymous to an eternal spring, Cranes cry and spread their wings, In the lake's reflection that freezes time, My reflection gets ever older, like wine. As their wings flutter and flutter, My knees have become soft as butter. When they come to drink its water, The lake blesses them with youth again And as they leave and build their nests, My reflection ages with unrest. As I lay my pained back to a willow, And I sit on the soft ground, The lake begins to whisper: "My gift is not for you, my friend For you are a stranger, And all my friends that come to visit, Perhaps once, every year, They let me know that man is not yet initiated In the beauty of the song of the wind ." Enlightened, I lift myself from the ground, There is only silence. I think I have become deaf, The wind gently touches my face, in regret, Again, I stare at my reflection, forever still, And again, it's getting older, only this time, It is also getting ill.

Like a Crane
All my life I searched for someone to follow, Which left me feeling a bit hollow. I long searched for a leader, One who will not throw away life that is eager, But like ever-growing  weeds, Those who know of me, will change their creeds, And they will give me a taste of power, Then my ****** mind will be overpowered. Sooner or later, a partisan I will become, A small token,  ready to be thrown, At a poker table of those with power, Am I brave, or am I a coward? I share no such ideal, Nor any desire of power. As long as wine will be made, And I have a mouth to drink it, I want to listen to the birds sing, And observe as the world is baptized in fire.
