Guided by the moon
Pulled by an instinct
Flying towards fate
Towards endurance of a species
Their lives cut short by the flame
The light they put stock in was their own demise.

Come sleep with me.
: Dream of us together that we may embrace each other in the ethereal realm and caress the wisps of each others soul.
Come with me and dance upon the clouds and the sun's coloration of the sky shall be our dream scape.
Hope will be our blanket, love the pillows for our weary heads. Trust and honesty make the softness of our bed. I sleep with you and dream. I dream of you and smile. Come and sleep with me my love, if only for awhile.

As I trvel through my day
I see you in the world.
The rolling hills
are the curb of your cheeks when you smile.
the fingers of the mountains
Caress the foothills as you touch on my skin.
The foliage and trees
Your upendeed jawline as you sleep
Oh, and the sky
Is the light in your eyes.
The birds sing to me
The chiming of your laughter
The heat of the earth
as i lie next to you
the breeze on my skin
whispers of love.
You are my world

I've known you for years.
Now I see you in a different light.
your wants
You had kept secret
Do you feel better knowing
All these things
Every time we touch,
It is something I had wanted too.

Heavy are the shoulders that bear the mantle of motherhood.
Often they wonder if what they do is enough to be good.
Through affection and knowledge, this I can say.
You shaped my views in a nurturing way.
Thought we may not have had a lot.
You showed love in every word and thought.
You cared enough to lend a hand.
Even far away, you helped me stand.
You gave me courage, and lifted me up.
Even while thirsty, you filled my cup.
You loved me enough to let me go.
Throughout my travels wherever I go.
I will always adore you, though I may not say.
You brighten my world, by night and day.
I love you.
Happy Mother's Day.

Throughout the day,
my mind wanders.
Thoughts of you,
consistently it ponders.
Simple affections,
there it lingers.
Lips and tongue,
palms and fingers.
Time goes on,
I ache for you.
I write these things,
I know are true.
Your presence here would bring me joy,
To fulfill the love of a girl and a boy.

Those eyes.
When they open in the morning they shine.
The hue of them begins the day with a surreal brilliance.
They take my breath away.
Steal smiles from my lips.
Cause me to melt when pointed at me.
Make me want to drown in their depths.
I love them.

It starts.
I feel the quiver,
The heat of it.
My curiosity grows.
I quest for knowledge,
teasing answers form lips and fingertips.
My imagination ignites.
My mind wanders,
it shows me what would happen were all my wants delivered.
I begin to dream.
Flashes of color,
Limbs entwined and hearts combined.
I wake.
Sobering thoughts,
I then see reality and long for dreams again.

Want.
That is what I feel when I think of you.
I want to feel your hands..
I want them entangled in my hair.
My tresses coiled around your digits as you massage.
Your fists clenched in my mane as you pull.
I want them on my skin.
Touching, teasing, caressing...
Leading my senses onward unto oblivion.
Your touch,
Exploring.
Roaming.
Wandering.
And I want more.

I am a creature of the night.
The stars and moon call to me.
Silently babbling promises.
The moon dances across the sky,
All the while Orion poses.
I hear an owl, calling for a mate.
Hearing no others, i call to it.
Calling from on wing, he comes closer.
I speak his language, he becomes curious.
The night whispers, tells me what to say.
"I'm here."
"You're not alone."
"Come visit with me."
The owl answers back.
"Who?"
I speak his tongue,
I make my case.
"I will be your friend this night."
"I can keep you company."
"Come closer."
The owl is closer,
yet still unseen.
"Who?"
I look for hos shadow,
I search the trees.
"Come, sing to me with limited words."
"We can talk of life, and death if you wish."
"Fill my ears with your story."
He answers,
I track his calls to a nearby branch.
"Who?"
I look up to him,
There, I see him.
I smile.
Incline my head to him in greeting.
"I understand your loneliness."
"I hear it in your call."
"She will be waiting for you."
He, in turn, inclines his head.
"Who?"
I smile and shake my head.
"Listen for her."
"She is there."
In the distance another owl calls.
"Who?"
