(read forward, then backward, line by line)
I ran.
Not knowing what else to do
There was so much blood on my hands
It was mine
The kitchen knife
Caught in my chest
Guilt
Consumed by
Fear
I was heightened by
Adrenaline
But running on
Wasn’t enough
While trying to stay calm,
Losing control
It was me that would end up
Dead. Because
He was
In front of me
The whole time
It was too late
Trapped
I found myself
Locked in chains
My fate was
Death.

Nice is an icy surface, Kind is the crackle of fire from below
Where there is frozen, stiff, coldness,
There's also a soft pile of snow
Nice wants something from you
Kind wants you to grow
So open your eyes to the person who scolds you
For your every reckless woe
'Cause they are the one who cares
And not the person who never tells you no

A melting love, from a cold heart.
It seems sincere right from the start.
But look again as one may doubt,
there is an amiss feeling about.
Behind locked doors and hidden secrets,
lies a familiar and unchanging sequence.
Of concealed thoughts and traces of anger,
rests a case of a forgotten answer.
Does he love you? Does she care?
It seems all of this controversy is not fair.
For one cannot truly love with a cold heart,
the two lovers do not match,
for they are one and apart.
And that, my dear is where it ends,
two who were once lovers, are now just..friends.

Laughter sings through the air in the first day of fall
Feet parade the crackles that the trees have left
I'm singing in the rain
Dancing, skipping, jumping, in a sea of leaves
And suddenly the sky breaks.
Bells the bells bells bells bells
Chiming, rhyming, to the beat in my head.
My ears bleed, and the sound is beyond that is dread.

Poetry is more than just words on a paper, it is more then just letters typed on a screen. It is life, it keeps life going. It's the fiery passion in a writers soul. It's the burnt out ashes in the cooled down coal. It's more then just 'POEM' slapped across the title, it's more than that. It's a story, an emotion, a life of it's own. It's you, it's me, it's breathing, and flying, and soaring. It's life, it's love. It's US.

Dancing dancing, twirling twirling, singing singing a song.
A jump, a leap, a skip, a hop.
Your arms reach up, yes all the way to the top.
You body moves to the sweet sounding music as you joyfully sway along.
You dance! You sing! You see the light!
Ah yes! Ah ** Look at you now, your eyes shine with happy delight!
Be happy, be joyous, come dance with me.
And in the end may we finally sit down and share secrets under the apple tree.
Tee-hee, Tee-hee. Isn't it so much fun to dance with me?

My heart sways
throughout the days
of longing times forgotten.

Hello amazing person, good day!
Today's a day to rejoice and replay,
the sweet melodies of symphonies dancing across the winds.
And in the seas the sweet "glub blubs" of the fish and the splashing fins.
It's not a day to be sad, Oh no!
Yes, not a day to be grumpy and mad.
It's a day to be thankful for so many things that are special about you,
and sometime you'll probably agree with me too!
So dance and sing,
just as a bird is quite to a wing.
And you'll see dear,
your bright future is coming astonishingly near.

Love who you are,
For you are truly you,
And whom no one else can be,
because of what you do.
You alone create the smiles on someone else's face,
or you can be someone's constellation in their grand and magical space.
You may be only one person, but you truly matter,
You may be the spark in someone's eyes when you start to chatter.
So be yourself and love what you love,
because remember...only you make someone's skies brighter, above.
