You can wait for time
You can wait for fate
Wait for a tomorrow
That's always late
You'll shelf a chance,
And think 'somehow'
Or say 'someday'
But the time is now

Such absolute charm
This moment we live in has
Then it fades away

No rose can bloom as prettily
As a a smile upon the face of love
Love's beauty grows continuously
Where rose's petals, withered, fall off

Oh, pity for the tortured soul
Who withers left alone
Please! Pity for the tortured soul
Who's heart is made of stone

Wishfully I keep trying to climb,
To climb the mountain up there,
Up there where the rain falls,
Falling softly as well as roughly,
Roughly landing on the soaken ground,
The ground on which I stand,
Stand still,
Still looking at the mountain wishfully.

Like the spring blossom
Meeting seasoned summer fruit
Seasons they collide

Speak, 'Oh let darkness come' and it falls fast
Yearn for oblivion in shadows cast
My will at loss and restless soul aghast
Eternal sleep seems but a dream of vast
Emptiness
Speak, 'Don't let silence come' and it falls fast
My mind a hazy window to the past
My search for words a burdensome ballast
Unyielding sleep absolves all my thoughts in vast
Emptiness

A little mouse it comes from
Sunny fields
Where it wanders around, just seeing what
The day
Yields
Between grassy stems that stroke against
Its fur
Moving so quickly that the stems
Become
A blur
At some point it got startled
And ran
Until it was covered in shadow
Where the forest
Began
It walked underneath giants
So tall
It had never seen or been here before
And the mouse felt
So small

A little bird, it’s fallen
From the tree
Lofty branches reaching up so high
As far as its eyes
Could see
Only just now the wind was all
It could hear
Its singing a lullaby to
The little bird’s
Ear
The tree standing so mightily, where the bird
Once sat
There looking from above at a world that seemed so small
Overseeable
And flat
Now suddenly seen so up close
The tree so tall
The little bird, it looks wide eyed
And feels
So small

I'm okay really
But I'm barely holding on
I can feel the empty air, gone
'Cause there's the abyss
Nothing there, only this
I'm okay really
But sometimes there comes creeping
This feeling, black blood seeping
Into veins of hidden doubt
Filled to the brim it wants out
I'm okay really
But there are times where
I'm in my mind and there
Is nothing but me in an empty room
pitch black with a sense of doom
I'm okay really
It's not so bad as that
I'll land as deftly as a cat
These things will stay just out of sight
I'm just out of reach, so it's alright
I'm okay really
