See the boy, oh so silent, see him looking shy, watch his focus drift away into the clouded sky. It must be that he's simple, broken or maybe just a fool; Not an academic boy, no use beyond a tool. See the boy he can't keep up, not grasping how absurd. If only they could see he sees in visions not in words. So on he goes below the sight of teachers unimpressed. Now the boy thinks he's redundant, just like all the rest. See the boy, as they tear him from his safest dreams. We'll make him a murderer that's what a man should be. We'll take away his options, sent to wars academy. He'll be grateful for the strength and purpose, a new reality. See the boy as he breaks, crushed by sergeants stamping heel. No worries soon he'll be a stone of compliant blood and steel. We'll tell him there's no choice beyond the path we've laid for him. The boy he learned that to say "no" was nothing but a sin. See the boy, trained in the wild to survive day and night times three. Building shelter, fires burning, Rabbit hunted for his tea. But in the darkness did they send the crueler boys made spies. And wait for dark of night to fall to take him as he lies. See the boy as they pin his arms his legs his eyes. They beat his torso, face and groin, his arms and legs and thighs. And leave him in a ****** mess no one to hear his scream. on and on the beating goes, as others watch to see. See the boy be made to suffer more than just to bleed; Stripped of future legacy now dead and dormant seed. Never would he have a boy or girl to call his own, Will Never give them better lives, his oats had been unsown. See the boy a thing unmade no one to keep him safe. See him turned from happy child to cold and lonely wraith. Days to weeks and weeks to months until the course is done, Now he'll have a future, as a monster with a gun. See the boy told something's wrong, he has a broken heart. He Can't be a warrior it was all wasted from the start. And so they throw him back into the world they stole him from A boy unmade but never made a man because he's wrong. See the boy, find a girl he thought could love him as he is. She was jealous just a traitor isolating him. His siblings friends he tried to find a friendship he could trust. They laugh, say what a stupid child and let him blow away to dust. See the boy thrown into nothing, endless pointless roles. Now a lonely thing to carry dead boys silent soul. Wondering alone self hating, wishing he was dead. Even those he counted on have left his life instead. See the boy think how could they not detect ADHD Or know that long ago someone I trusted put there hands on me. Someone I should have loved broke me when I was only 8 But by the time I understood, it was by far too late. See the boy remember being asked to play a dare. Unzip your trousers, perform abomination while we stare. See him comply not knowing that it should have been a choice. And evermore that little boy would never have a voice. See the boy as she filmed him naked in a wood. And show it to her many friends simply because she could. You see the little boy already hated all he was Long before the world abused him for nothing but because... See the boy say "Make sure that the children are ok, Don't let them think there pain is nothing, its up to you they will not say." I dream because someone hurt me aside my family field. Without the understanding or an adult as a shield. If I could go and speak to him all that I would say - Is "I'm sorry, it was not your fault". give him a hug and maybe pray. That no one be let down by all the people of there life Your child should never no abuse, of pain, of fear of strife. See the boy he fixed himself because he dared to dream And unraveled all the memory through writing pains unseen. Even though the world was weak, uncaring made of lies He never hurt a soul, still dreaming far beyond the skies. See the boy do all your work and make himself a man. He's stronger than the rest surviving through the cruelest plan. And I know his life from start to finish, his heart my property, the boy they broke who built himself was always, sadly... Me.
