i heard angels singing on a christmas night
high up in the sky moon was shining bright
singing all together in perfect harmony
there christmas angel song they all sang to me

stars were shinging brightly like lanterns in the sky
all around the angels as they sang there lullaby
made me feel so calm warmed the heart in me
as i sat and listened to there angel melody

a little boy was crying on a christmas day
santa he forgot him went past on  his sleigh
he sat on his doorstep tears rolling down his face
christmas without presents is a  lonely place

then suddenly he heard santas sleigh bells ring
santa he remembered he had  present still to bring
took them to the boy in time for christmas day
now with the other children the little boy could play

the little boy thanked santa as  he rode away
high in to the air on christmas sleigh
now he is all grown up and remembers to this day
when santa forgot his presents went past him on his sleigh
