Eyes like black holes
They draw me in
Green as the spring bloom
Soft and inviting
A voice like a melody
A laugh like a song
A caress so tenderly
What's taken so long?
Mere folly
Or fortune
I'm not quite sure
Malicious and meticulous
Milling out malignant
Thoughts of malcontent
My melancholy
Maybe
A cure
To sit
And laugh
Without pressure
Or care
Means more to me
Than water
Or air
You sit across and giggle
And I just stare
Ask what you will of me
My story is bare
My background
My triumphs
My sadness
It's there
Ask any question
It's nice to finally share.
Feel free to reciprocate
You will always have my ear
There's not a story you have
That I don't want to hear
Things are beginning
As before I stated
I find that in this spring
I'm #twitterpated

Godzilla went walking in the woods
And wondered where Bambi had gone
He wanted to spend more time with her
He found her a lovely fun fawn

He didn't see that last time they met
When he thought they were having such fun
His oversized feet weren't that discrete
And Bambi has now been expunged.
"It's like Godzilla stomped on Bambi" he said.  Thanks for the inspiration, fella.

There is a green light,
refusing to take shape.
He speaks to me in laughs
and leaves messages in the sunsets.
He nods, as if there is something
he knows that I'll never know.
And he laughs
and laughs
and laughs.
Without a word, it is understood
that I’m the fawn,
slipping on the ice with tangled legs,
and he watches with a silent smile—
a smile I can’t see, but I feel.
the same smile stitched on
with thread spun by
the infinite secrets of the universe.
A smile that tells me
a fawn finds her footing
before night falls.

Bambi knew way too much

Far too young

Watched Mama get shot in front

Of eyes and ears just opening

Deafening Death

When Life had just begun

— The End —
