In your absence
I get tired of being
Anything at all
I get wounded
by my own selfish
desires to be,
I imagine myself
Falling on purpose
Tearing’ up my heart
Into a million pieces
Just to wait and see
if you would come
And pick me up,
As always said
You would
If so ever I fall
So we, you and I
Could drift away
Onto a brighter sky
Without a trace of clouds.
