This poem
should be said
in the voice of
a five-year-old
child.
When my
grandchildren
got together
they make up
silly sayings
somebody
heard
from school,
and then they made
their own version.
I have a memory
like an elephant.
My grandchildren’s
children
will be saying
these silly sayings
This is a conversation
between two children

doggy dropped it.

Where’s the doggie?
