Alone Wondering Why
Alone;
Ups and downs
Highs and lows
Amidst them all you are thrown,
Tossed and turned like a ship on rough seas
Wondering;
Mistreated and forsaken
Broken and ******
Yet wounded you stand,
Shining brighter than even the North Star
Why;
Beautiful and ******
Bruised and bandaged
Worn down to the bone,
You fight through it all with grace
For the one who despises old people hands
