"wonderwoman" poems
my math teacher once said that the reason superheroes came about in the USA was because americans are the ones who needed the most saving i didn't know if i should've been offended on behalf of the kids in my class my math teacher isn't american yet i found my mind wandering throughout his lesson on polynomials i thought about super heroes in comic books batman, superman, ironman, wonderwoman someone had to do the saving but they all saved the world maybe they saved individuals i don't know americans are the ones who need the most saving we're the ones who need the most saving teenagers are the ones who need the most saving i'm the one who needs the most saving not from batman or superman or wonderwoman i need to be my own hero and save myself

superheroes
i. I once knew a girl who wore jeans with ripped holes not a cape, but scraped knees she didn’t believe in smoke signals, instead wrote in the margins of the paper but each time I wanted to drown, she taught me how to swim. ii. She slouched when she walked and had mousy brown hair without pearly white teeth or a figure 8 but when she smiled, my God, was she beautiful. iii. My mother always told me that when I grow up, I could be whatever I wanted. When I told her I wanted to be Wonderwoman, she laughed and said, “someone is already Wonderwoman,” I didn’t know that someone was you. iv. The next time someone pulls your hair or calls you names, remember that there’s only one you who knows how to save my world.

wonderwoman
You're just to good to be true Can't take my eyes off of you You'd be like heaven to touch I wanna hold you so much At long last love has arrived And I thank god I'm alive You're just too good to be true I can't take my eyes off of you Pardon the way that I stare There's no one else to compare The sight of you leaves me weak There are no words left to speak But if you feel like I feel Please let me know that it's real You're just to good to be true I can't take my eyes off of you And I need you baby, If it's quite alright, oh pretty baby To warm the lonely nights, I love you baby Trust in me when I say okay And oh pretty baby Don't let me down I pray Oh pretty baby Now that I found you stay And let me love you Baby let me love you oh baby (My Verse) Your, feet must be tired you've been joggin through my mind You're like a star, that has fallen from the sky You're Wonderwoman, but who has lost her powers Man I'm workin at the sushi shop I get off in an hour so If you don't mind, would you come & pick me up? Give me lovin' & a hug 'cause I've been strugglin' and stuff There's no other like you so I know that I'm lucky to find A girl so fine and kind & so explosive hot like dynamite We can wine & dine and do it again a couple of times I thank god, everyday, girl you bring my life to life Twenty years old, but with you a kiddish fool Living in the windy city I never took you for a fool Girl you're a blessing I guess you work miracles The most beautiful girl I know, appointed by guinness rule Beauty like yours, is just an urban myth Usually a cool dude but with you im a nervous kid You're dressed to **** so your clothes are murderous We connected faster than my internet service did (Chorus)~

Everyone tells me I can't They all put me down Does anyone know how to make it stop Can anyone help me get up Am I to stay down, all alone Wait, oh, I forgot You don't know me You couldn't care less So why do I keep talking I tried to get your help You know I've been there for you So why aren't you there for me Why do you keep faking I've always been right here You know me when you need me But now I'm in need So now you don't know me I'm just a stranger Until I get through this and you need me So, what the hell kinda game are you playing I'm invisible Now I'm here I can't be wonderwoman and superman Why can't you help me I help you, don't I Even though you'd never admit it All you can do is lie To my face and behind my back You don't care You never really have So here's my last testament Noone cares anymore

Noone cares anymore
My space Room 32 November 21 Call me WonderWoman Meet my nurses Laurie, and Nikki Dr. Jensen Internal Medicine My story I grew up in a log cabin Didn't have no medicine Maine woods Never really sick Except for with ticks The oldest of 5 We're all insane Want fame and a name Important to me And then there we're 3 In my family I love, my love To travel, read, and write Stay out of fights Play the game called Life My goals by the golden shoals Write a poetry pose daily Write a book then maybe Travel the globe And grow old with a hottie Make me some latte Don't forget my space, my story, my goals It's important to me To make lots of noise Raise some joy Question about my cares? Don't I dare? Where to start? When to finish? When can I go home? Another night Alone Another needle ***** No thank you I just wanna hold my Nya It breaks my heart To be so far Yet very near So hold on dear This too shall pass When we get to go home At last.
