Narcissist I Money questions hidden in cultures Instead of debates, we have the vultures They will overspend whatever their budget Destroy years hard work, their odour pungent Often called users, epiphytes of highest order Those that cannot earn sufficient to quarter Or manage their own, so they use others Spending, unfettered, is their druthers Cannot accept responsibility for damage Continue to feast on their host, they ravage Hollowing out from inside, funds they suction Weakening the structure for eventual destruction And weakened, debates then start about savings Too late, funds gone, too late for the cravings Absent conversation, leaves a bad situation Long ago, train of debate left the station What we have now is death and decay All caused by silence, as the vultures flay It will not be long until they seek a new host Just when their former home needs them most So leave they will, to claw the next poor victim Removing their talons of love and devotion Moving on, leaving behind just carcasses Warm used bodies, mark of a narcissist

3 Strategies on How To Take Advantage Of Social Media
Flap Flap goes the Flappy Bird Was this the right choice? Seeing warnings on twitter Thinking they're all quitters Thinking you're better But in reality, you're just as equal as them. But as the day passes... Flap Flap goes the Flappy Bird Seeing your friends play, you start multiplying Not even touching a pipe and dying You're on the floor, you're crying Pressing start over and over again and trying Knowing your high score is low and start lying because you know you **** But as the day passes... Flap Flap goes the Flappy Bird Questions going through your mind "Why did I die?" "Did I really touch a pipe?" "Why do iPhone users only have day while Android have both day and night?" "Why is it slower on other phones?" "How do you get past 20?" "Why do I keep dying?" "Why do Android users have other colors?" But the question you should be asking is... "Am I going mad?" But as the day passes... Flap Flap goes the Flappy Bird Now, the resolution. Stop the addiction. Press that "x" You know its for the greater good. I know YOU feel the ANGER whenever you die. You don't wanna risk throwing your phone for that. Take my advice. DO IT. Before it ruins your life. But as the day passes... You can't. You can't. You can't. Its too late. Flappy Bird is now part of life. Even though the anger The anger that feels like your chest being stabbed by a knife Hurts you so much Deep inside you get a little happy... Knowing somewhere in the world someone trying the same game Got less than you. Less than 3, 2, or 1. And because of this you want to beat more people who **** more than you. And this should be an achievement You, state your name, got YOUR own high score. YOU did it YOU made it to one pipe or even more. And if you didn't Well ***** for you But as the day passes... Flap Flap goes the Flappy Bird

I battle my identity, As people try to label me, My mum tries to show me the right path, But is this really destiny? 9-5, Zero hours, Holiday and sick pay impossible to claim, Expected to work for 20 hours a day, Minimum wage, This society makes me insane, On the weekends I can I run away to raves, Take what ever I can to create waves, Not like the sea, like to much Dizzle, Party all night society says that's crazy, But whats crazy is the war on drugs, Some users just victims, Can't get enough. Instead of giving criminal records, Affirming our behaviour, Turning us riot, ruckus, snapping wires, How about a little support? After all how bad must life be, That children as young as 13 turn to drugs to escape? It's medical, Some say medicinal, But when your mums crying, Her heart dying, Because her baby boys been lying? No one wants police at the door, But it was gunna be the last night you swore. A new batch, strong stuff, you didn't believe And now your six foot under Rotting, deceased. But maybe this could change? If the right support was in place, For all those getting spaced, People will always seek a fix, So why not monitor, control and safe proof it.

War on drugs
*Inclusion: the action or state of including or being included within a group or structure Solution: a means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation* **Now, is ‘inclusion’ the ‘solution’?** Is confiding not always in yourself, but being able to confide in people you trust: a group, a team, not an impeccably simple way to solve complications? Some people that dwell in isolation succumb to despondency and desolation and invariably, wrap themselves in a costume of facades. Inclusion eradicates these issues. We as humans want answers to our questions, resolutions to our complications; a myriad of different perspectives can quickly enlighten and open the eyes of those who truly seek a solution. Solution to what? Solutions to those “impossible questions”, Solutions to those “exasperating situations” we can’t seem to get out, Solutions to those “family troubles” "relationship troubles", "work troubles", most importantly, those “social problems”. Inclusion is no secret, it’s the biggest weapon we as people have. Inclusion gives all of its users the power to control. Inclusion is power, the real wealth beneath our skins. With inclusion, we have the solution. (d.b.d.)

The progression of Huntington's disease often leads to the need of a wheelchair. My husband resisted using a wheelchair for many years, even though his poor balance and tiredness meant he was prone to falls. I didn't exactly pressurise him into using one. To be honest it was not just because it was another sign of loss of independence, but it would have been harder for me too in many respects. What I wasn't prepared for, when the time came, was the social stigma attached to wheelchair users insofar as becoming a kind of non-entity! In a weekly blog I wrote in 2008 I wrote about the first time I took my husband out in a wheelchair. It angered me how peoples’ attitudes seemed to change overnight. Walking down the High Street, Hand in hand like lovers, The couple blend into the crowd, No different from the others. As the years go by though, His body having changed, Has sadly meant a wheelchair, Has had to be arranged. Strolling down same High Street, The woman now behind, Her lover needing pushing, Steep pavements so unkind. Entering the bar now, With awkward navigation; People jump to open door, Aware of situation. “Thank you” says the man in chair, When wheeled into the place; “Welcome” say the helpers there, But all avoid his face. Carer gets the “Welcome” mouthed, No looks with him they share; Let’s treat this fellow human being, As if he wasn't there.

I'm thankful for God I'm infinitely blessed And without Him I'd have no strength I'm thankful for my family They're my pillar in this world My support system My purpose I'm thankful for my dog I've never known such an unconditional love My dog is my light An extension of me I'm thankful for my friends The ones that have my back And tell me the truth We laugh together, think together Expanding our minds I'm thankful for the boy Who gives me his whole heart Says I'm his saving grace He makes me feel worthy Of the world I'm thankful for my university The thing that gives me hope Makes me feel like I have direction And a fighting chance in this society I'm thankful for the mistakes For they taught me how to grow And better myself Be the real me I'm thankful to those who have wronged me The liars, players, cheaters, and users They've shown me what I really deserve And what not to tolerate I'm thankful for nature Where I find peace in solitude The flowers, the sun, the moon, and stars They're my guide to faith and positivity Lastly, I'm thankful for my poetry Even though I'm not the best It's given me a place to express myself When I had no where else to go

We friended on Facebook, Scrolled down our profile pages. Lived together in a virtual world. Our images and websites we shared With Instagram incisiveness. Meet all my friends. Block any you do not like. All busy we are, doing nothing. Like if you agree. Laptops were not enough. Users subscribed to Smartphones, Iphones, and God knows what. Google them if you wish. And if you like my words Retweet them. But beware! I now use words like lol, And even *** Hehe. Sometimes I multitask, Flicking TV channels Like a Subbuteo striker – Gone virtual by now I guess. Flicking and flipping while I scroll My laptop page. I make new tabs As I message many friends: Emoticons exploding All along the way. I’m Tivo-boxing clever All the time, King of my domain. So get your VDU lit up And monitor my words. Download my thoughts Into your memory banks. I hope this all computes. Paul Butters

Writing for me is simple.. Lyrically ready to maximize my potential.. I have something to say I don't blow hot air like a inner tube... Tell them liars they need to relax.. I am the type to push it to the max.. Switching gears and lanes until the governor snap .. I cannot be contain.. Like the green hulk fighting the thing I wish you could take a walk through my brain.. You would see different things depending on the time of day... Like dead people, relatives that passed in my memories they live... Times of my youth when I was a kid... I didn't smile much. I was a good kid I didn't wild much... Pops sold crack so I styled much ... Gun shots in Baltimore, my pops  died once... In my mind I question a ****   Like are they always ready to **** Or does life have them Close to the edge.. Of a cliff a jagged hill   And they don't want to die in this dog eat dog world.. So they let blood spill.. I wonder if I was a G would I bang. Red or blue claim a gang.   Be like Larry Hoover... A young shooter... In and out of prison I maneuver Run the block like a ruler... Be part of the the trash like manure Be a coke runner a drug mover.. Corrupting the body of drug users.  .. Would I be known as a survivor Escaping death more than MacGyver Embrace the streets as truth knowing that's it a liar... Nickname my gun human torch cause it fires I wonder cause honestly I don't have a gun This poetry is my weapon.. I am only gangsta through my lyrical aggression Day 1 down...I am up to the challenge. A poem a day ..to test my talent...

the title is meant to be ironic enough to draw the attention of the easily offended and dramatic internet users who happen to cross this poem. it's ironic because 'Gay' & 'Bible' usually come in contention; words unfit to modify the other a neon g-string preist is odd but *it ain't necessarily so*. I explained this. A sign of the times, It's my crisis I'll exist if I want to.

Sometimes you just have to accept the things that you cannot change. Like, you can compulsive lie your *** off but it still cannot change what is true. They say that the truth is the hardest pill to swallow, so instead I crush it up and I snort it.   Even if there were things that I could change I fear I'll just make it even worse, so I mission abort **** I lack the ability to actually change me, and my courage is cowardly. I'm hopeless, but I really do hope that things will hurt less. I'm useless, but I don't think that I'll ever use less. If not this, then it would be that. It's all relative Nonsense where overall you were just another substance. But who am I to deprive misery of its love for company, honestly how could I possibly maintain stability and be granted any serenity, when all that is surrounding me and inside of me is constant insanity ?.. Yeah, it's called Drug Abuse, but is the term "Drug Abuse" and the overall meaning behind it really that simple ?.. In which being limited to the technical bottom line meaning and stating that by doing drugs you are abusing those drugs. Where in other words the users are apparently the abusers of the drugs that they use, but isn't it possible that the drugs actually abuse us too ?..

Abusing Serenity
When you think of a drug addict, what do you see? Someone who’s messed up, depressed, or on the street. Sadly, there are quite a few of those freaks They need their daily dosage or their days incomplete. But what if I told you users aren’t the real drug addict? It’s the government…. They’re the real drug addicts But wait isn’t that a little dramatic? That cant be true! Show me some facts, I demand it! Alright, alright…. Hold on… if you demand it, here’s some facts then In 2011 the war on drugs cost 23 billion dollars But, that’s just the federal budget, you just wait, the states can replicate. Over 30 billion dollars were put on their plate That’s 53 billion total, 1716 of every second of every day… isn’t that insane!? Well yeah, you could say that’s insane, but I’m still not impressed, can you step up your game? Of course I can do that! I have much more to say! Okay then, I’m all ears, amaze my brain! From 1987 to 1995, the corrections budget increased 30% because more and more people were being thrown in the pent Meanwhile, spending on higher education was on the decent--- 18% to be correct Ah, that makes sense, but what I don’t get, is how that’s relevant? Just a sec, I have more to vent In 2010 21% of those in the pent were in for a drug related offense And what percent of people do you think had a malicious intent? Well… I guess you could say slim to none Right! While educations lacking the proper funds to teach kids what they need to know Okay, okay, I get what you’re saying now, but I still don’t get why you think the government is the drug addict? I mean, don’t users spend more on drugs than the government does? Drugs are expensive, and they take an abundance of money from a users pocket. Yes, that’s true, they spend more spend more money than the government does There are 20 million plus who reported using drugs in 2011, they spent around 70 billion dollars to support their love That’s 3500 dollars spent per user Meanwhile, just over 7 million people are employed by the gov You know what that means? Our gov spends 7300 dollars per person employed for the war on drugs. Wow… I never thought of it like that, those are quite the facts You know what, that actually makes me mad Obviously it makes our government a mockery, a living joke of a democracy I can see why you say the government is a drug addict now They’re addicted to a war that’s bringing us down They can’t go a day without spending money on it And look how successful it has been… pretty prominent their habit is chronic I even recently heard that more people die from drugs they’re prescribed than drugs that are despised Yes! I almost forgot that! It’s actually 10 times more people! Isn’t that unbelievable!? Now, we’re not trying to say we should end the war on drugs But don’t you think its time the government rethinks their strategy? Because its obvious the one they have now is a tragedy.

A random pattern is heard. Two, Three, Ten, Five, Twenty. One Hundred, Thirty-One, Two. A, G, I, S. North, East, South, West. His, My, Her, Them. Great, Rough, Green, Tan. Giant mispronounciations and hidden truths. One more thing, Don't get lost... "Sadness for a screen, Sadness for a screen." He sells his money for a screen, To get his money's worth. Lost files and hidden documents Not worth the oxide their printed on. Old memories of times still here Hidden in words of the past. One more thing, It's all on impulse. Next day he found a .raw. He walked towards it. It said, "Why do you live with frantic?" He said, "I live to take the time." It said, "Why do you do the things you do?" He said, "To me, it's not impulse, it's expulse." It said, "Why do you need to get rid of?" He said, "The questions people seek." It said, "Take me to the sky.{?}" He said, "Gladly." To the sky he went. And the time he spent He used to solve the problem. He saw a new opportunity To make a new sanitation. It consisted of three notes. Two for show and one to go. The go note did the work Of tasting the ground for dirt To get it's money's worth. It cleaned like Ben one. And when sanitation was complete, He went to .raw. He said, "The last words are gone." It said, "So that means we've won." He said, "What should we do?" It said, "Wait for the next."

Lake Superior Mermaid
~ not a fan of reality TV, plenty of "unreal" episodes of my own direction stored, available for further review in the storage units of neuronic black and white prison brain cells which is why I have free~will chosen to enumerate my poem~videos; for easy retreat retrieval resurrection of the travelogue of mind own insurrections *a garage of mobility devices, car, rollerblades, cross country skis plus, a potpourri of escape methodologies that by definition are all round trippers, returned to their storage unit after use and I count them Noah~like, two by two, as they come on board, and when they disembark for days of rest and recreation* this one, #4, is born among headstones, just anther memory storage unit specialized, flag decorated, but different This is a one-way, no return, unit but it can be viewed at anytime by those who care to be users, by speaking this: *Read to me poem number four, on a day we celebrate, about free men of every color and persuasion, who are calling out to open the door to storage unit four, so we to can perform our once-a-year Tour of Duty to the those who called, and answered with limb and love, for by their glory, we are free too* to remember in any way we choose ~

Fourth Poem: Storage Wars, Why One Numbers Poems on Memorial Day
Hoodlum’s hanging ‘bout the corner block Waiting patiently all day, everyday Chose the wrong path, no coming back Users two, that have no fear Eagle eyed and bouncing here Payin’ for a simple shot of gear Death has struck that corner block Legends leave, then newbies flock Mothers pain, worse than news from Iraq     Yes it haunts us, ghetto lives Slain by bullets and kitchen knives Never able to wed our future brides Users two, just felt the fear Eagle eyed and bouncing here Once done, nature will expel their gear Whilst playin’ in the gangland night and day Hoping his brotherhood won’t go away Hoping as their bodies start to sway Forever searching for respect Wanting to live, but waiting for death Hood life, that’s all you can expect?

All day New pains exposed Hard work? An understatement It even hurts to write Right now Dirt and sweat mixed together Sometimes with a little bit of blood Oh how it burns when it flows Into your eyes and into the small cuts But Hard work does offer some clarity Some satisfaction Some pride Knowing that you worked hard Is rewarding But It can **** patience For complainers Abusers and users Freeloaders and those that made excuses People forget that in order to make Dreams come true A certain amount of work is required Sacrifice is necessary If you really want something bad enough You gotta chase your dreams down and work for them
