I may seem hard
From far outside guard
Just thought me inside
And my softest soul will abide
But
With only one uncareful touch
Means so much
Takes no doubt
I could be broken *inside & out

tutankhamun, children of God we're all kings

set aside all the differences, we all sing

the same song and in Heaven we all belong

they say love is kind and eternal

but i find journals filled with hate and words written uncareful

like a green paper filled tongue of a greedy man's sermon.

streets are breathing diseases and faces change like seasons

love is running low and love is hiding underground waiting

for the world to play better tunes.

dont you think its better to, to better you, run through fresh land

and look on better views?

as an artist you're king. tutankhamun.

tutakhamun, children of Life you're all kings.

i sit and wish for a better day where better ways are

better made and clouds start showering us with better rain.

as an artist you're a king. tutankhamen, children of Love you're all kings.
most of my poetry is inspired by the music i listen to. i heard Better In Tune by Jay Electronica and this was the product.

I was desert when you brought rain.
You were a balm to cure my pain.
I could not talk without my tears.
You brought love to allay my fears.
I was living in the future and the past.
You helped enjoy the present at last.
I learned to love again from your kiss.
Everyone should know a love like this.

I had only the dreams of a little child,
The romantic fantasies I let run wild,
Stumbling through uncareful affairs,
Only to discover that nobody cares
About a needy infant of mature years
Who pulls his life down around his ears.
Then your voice brought reason to me
And then suddenly I could actually see.

The best way to find out what you need
Is to know what you don’t want to succeed.
I had plenty of experience of the things
I didn’t want and what they could bring.
So, I started listing what I needed to grow
And then helped myself to make it so.
I stopped investing my time in looks.
I figured out what behavior it really took.

What was important was the heart
Of the person I would love, then start
To see if the rest matched my needs.
Love can grow from just these seeds.
You were the one who taught me this
By caring for me and sharing a kiss
That helped me to stop my routine
Of looking for love from a magazine.

came thee by thee came
a posthumous day
(the fold most grand and eloquent
the lancing fragrance)
i,m uncareful lucid cadaver
of sensible powder
crimped finely
so in the clarity of feverish dawn i drew and bent the notch
a shady dappled riot
where i wait for some madly gabbing burst
of wet unkempt

With uncareful watch of the hours,
The night spreads like threads unlinked,
Drawing a comparison about what’s more frightening,
The stillness or the sudden shift.

Laying in a still motion picture,
A million frames of the same fear,
A tailored Bermuda triangle where
Life stops but the arms of every clock disappear.

And you’re left stranded,
With the anticipation of every wrong scenario,
So for today you’ll munch on anxiety for dinner,
‘Cause the face of every tomorrow scares you.

Oh how little you can do in those early AMs,
When both of your hands are cuffed to your insecurities,
And the night is there like a watch guard,
Standing between your panic prison and clarity.

And when desperation comes to join you,
It tells you tales of a monster that preys on time
“Never sleep.” It warns. “It’ll take you to those intimidating mornings,
It will leave you without a dime.”

When all of those night friendly emotions gather,
And drench your gut in their cold foreboding,
You, too, become a silent watcher, dissociated from your body,
Awake, asleep, floating.

Your mind says goodnight with finality,
Not willing to futher succumb to the night,
In the morning you’ll find you some superglue,
To hold together your broken promise to always take your side.

Stealing fire from the gods
Prometheus would yearn
And pass it off to humankind
whose banishment interred

Their feet into the glowing coals
but faith out from the dark
Enlightenment a powder keg
