I am the stresser; in which the stress controls me. It powers me up and tears me down.

It's the reason behind my failure and my mistakes in which I hate so passionately.
John Dec 2010
Look at yourself
Look, look at your life
Examine your mental health
Love, is it trite?

Look at yourself, baby
Look at your life and maybe
We can find a way
To make it day by day
Feeling alright
Theres no need to fight, fight

Look and listen
And please try to pay attention
We've got to change our ways
And find the path that pays to tread
Have to make the most of this thing
Gotta make it through with broken wings
But it's just a minor stresser
When you really look at it, baby
Just look at the positives
The negatives are worthless, baby
They don't mean a thing to me
They shouldn't mean a thing

The beach in winter is my crying place
The shower will do
Sometimes the car
The tucked-away toilets at work
They are containers
But the beach is
My accomplice

We mourn together, weather gives us room
The wind assists, insists that others leave
If some resist, enlists the sand to
Reinforce the clear command with
Stinging pressure, stresser that the
Beach in winter is for us
And us alone
To sit
And safely grieve

The blessed harp
Sacred instrument,
of healing, and art,
power of vibration,
touches numerous,
levels of spiritual,
internal parts
Gentle resonant,
mellow cascading,
reverberating
Crystal clear,
sounding board,
wooden box,
and, strings,
played by the wind
Aeolian harp,
sending,
musical vibrations,
restoring and,
reviving the body,
rejuvenate,
like fine art,
reconcile music therapy,
providing,
sequential memory,
and, recall from the start,
release exploration,
of emotions
You will surely use your,
gross and, fine motor
motions,
improving respiration,
helping to lower,
the pressure,
improved cardiac output,
no stresser
Beautiful harp,
hearing no pressure,
just soothing,
holistic pleasure
