Do not touch!
Am I asking too much?
It's enough that all you seem to do is look.
You don't even give me the grace,
to even look at my face.
Remember I am part of the human race,
not some buffet for you to taste.
As the race of life is a difficult run,
with the objectification and sexualisation.
Remember I am only looking for friends,
I can find who I want and when.

Dreaming of a world where there is no need to defend.
Or where I don't need to lend my voice,
for those who haven't discovered yet that they have a choice.
No I won't smile, lie or let you **** my dignity dry.
I will always fight for what is right, no layer of myself or respect will die.
No longer will those achieve a rise, as behind a community lays.

A strength is growing everyday,
we will have our say.
No longer sitting by in shame,
with our bodies recalling the pain.
As these conditions have gone along too long.
No longer to carry on these remains, with both genders mounting rage.
Young and old to those who have beholden, crying out for these cruelties not to worsen.

Now we are on the same page, let go of your reins and control.
Others boundaries are not your own, even mind, Body and soul.
Respect theirs,
as they respect your own.
Release the conditions unknown,
to protect the ones you love and know.
Let go of the entitlements,
the one's that creates everyone else's pain.
Remember your whole is only your own.
Deliberating in the ways that you go and in the actions which you show.
As Yes,
You don't own or have the right to play a White Knight to those separate to your own.

Remember that their mind, body and soul are not yours to hold.
Let go!
To the entitlement of those who are not your own.
The force, manipulation and those who creepily persist.
Leaving marks,
for years to come.
Making it difficult for the victim to exist.

Hyper vigilant by the hurt,
not the person they once were from birth.
Fear controlling who they let near.
Triggered to tears to the memories,
at the hands who felt it their right to abuse.
Taking away the rights to chose,
being the biggest to lose.
When time drags along,
a broken inside from what went wrong.
These moments messing with your sleep and controlling you by emotional peaks.
Detached from our bodies, disconnected from the beauty we once embodied.

So please think and reframe!
Don't take opportunities each and everyday to someone's size,
age or state.
Don't be the reason they break.
Take accountability in the ways you've betrayed.
As I doubt it will haunting you till your dying day.
Don't be offended by those who've feel it is right to fight.
A hope to protect others,
to the predators unknown.
An experience I would not wish,
no one deserves to walk around half alive with mangled insides.

This poem is a thought provoker for both genders, of all ages and backgrounds. As I know we've all been touch by this pain, sadly there is no exclusion for abuse....only if you're very lucky.

I know  that survivors can heal and we can become thrivers.
The point is we shouldn't be wasting years of out lives to do it.
I myself am lucky to be at the thriving stage, but life shouldn't have to be a fight to get by or to become normal to exceptional.

Something I desperately don't want for the next generation!

P.s. My dearest apologies if I triggered anyone.
I am very lucky that my anxiety and depression no longer fully control me, it has taken a lot of hard work though to get to this point.
lady in red
in my head
“someone said,
in a book I read,
that men are misled:
beauty kills us dead.”
get out of my head!
“To where shall we head?”
“my creaky twin
or a hotel bed?”
our minds are led
by hurried legs
as her lips, red,
push me to the bed
tinged with dread

Its a scam, its a scam, see the Crimson Gang deftly scamming them
They by sleight have befuddled gullible masses Moral Compass
Made them see wrong as right twisting their brains from the stem
With deceitful guile they shepherded them all to the fools' campus

Slander and fake News galore fed to vacant hungry masses scrum
Knowledge is power the reprobates declares, do not let it pass
We're the majority the bullies screams, knowing they're just scums
Worthless charlatans who rob successes and **** without cutlass

They take a foregone conclusion and coat it with fool's gold crumb
A victim with no intention of going after an uninterested lass
Dumb masses fed fake news fooled into harassing actions dumb
A non-event becomes a show of the controlling might of our class

Crimson gangs interpret a non-events from his deluded sad drum
Creates a warped sick drama round a hapless victim for laughs
Gives street theater actions to masses, these will oppose and numb
Whilst poor victim subjected to 'voiding' madness wonders past

The Crimson leaders laugh so much like pirates drinking ***
Look how we manipulate the masses, they are so simple and crass
With our devious twisting propaganda they eat out of our ***
We simply use them to nail and crucify our victim to the cross
Gang stalking is simply a form of community mobbing and organised stalking combined. Just like you have workplace mobbing, and online mobbing, which are both fully recognised as legitimate, this is the community form.
Gang stalking is organised harassment at it's best. It the targeting of an individual for revenge, jealousy, sport, or to keep them quiet, etc.

It's organised, widespread, and growing. Some describe this form of harassment as, "A psychological attack that can completely destroy a persons life, while leaving little or no evidence to incriminate the perpetrators."

Katydids and fireflies have the levee tonight
Swat team held the day

There is peace now
and peeping neighbors
emptying horror
among themselves in whispers
left to wonder
‘bout the screaming and the barking
of just the other day

“Put down your weapon and come out
with your hands up”

Again and again
the demand of surrender
There is no other way

“Let them go!
Come out! come out with your hands up!
It will be okay”

…and he argues in his mind with the shame and loss
…and the shame and "No…it will not be ok"
He had hit her! Hit her with the Gun
again and again…with the gun
Of his demands
The gun of his power
to make her!
The gun of his despair
He had hit her
the dog is barking
His children scream!

“Put down the gun and come out
with your hands up!”

How many more times will they say it!
for all the neighbors to hear
on a loud speaker
in front of his children
Had she cheated?
Had he lost his job?
Could he lose any more to the screaming?
to the "junk"?
to the flashing lights?
to the windows smashing?
Fence run down?
canisters of tear gas
into the room's stinging eyes
where there is no room
where there is no time

"I would never hurt them!
You know!"
"Let them go!"
"You left me!"

“Put down your weapon and come out
with your hands up!”

It is all too loud
It is all too much
as you put the gun against your temple and…
pull the trigger
This happened today-- two houses away.  I could hear it all and sometimes I feel this way.
Sleeping with u wouldn't been easy,
If there were any string attached.

Swept in on the sixth of the first
Icy winds sluiced on dripping fleecy snow showers
I saw a raging storm coming with vile foreboding nursed
Staple in peace in love in goodwill laid a fitting banquet for all hours
Rewards for toil and strive in minds attuned and goodness versed

I knelt supplicant before my Lord
Laid my just heart bare and without fear or dread
laid a ringing vow as in warmth or bellowing thundering cold
I rest in the forethought I am girded to sail sun's flames un thread
For no blooded being can justly state I harmed or injured in my fold

I will walk this vale of tears
Meet with demons and the ****** of the outer worlds
Face the volcanoes in **** and shame blazing red lava ingots
I will not cower before deadly serpents or baulk at icy frozen walls
If I fall I will stand again an again till ***'s time uneaten by maggots

I implored my Faithful Lord
Take me down grind and cast me asunder and bereft
If this be ordained that an innocent soul pays an unjust price
The darkest storm has raged wild and furious a depraved joy theft
My *** upholds me and holds that truths and honesty never a vice

A beautiful mountain, white with snow
A light breeze, a wind ice cold
Frozen in time, I stare in awe
Under ice is a heart so raw
Diamonds glistening, ice shimmering
An imbalance of time and minds dancing
Beauty and despair frozen in ice
Waiting for summer sun to pay the price
Still and quiet, but the pain screams in your head
Frozen in place beside your bed
Staring into the pains
A hundred rocks flow through your veins
A thousand needles biting skin
Outward calm, but screaming within
Summer warmth approaching
Ice slowly melting, diamonds gleaming
With perseverance you break the ice
It falls, shattering, what a sacrifice
I watch as there is nothing I can do
As your body shed the ice encasing you
It is beauty and despair, intertwined
Dripping to the floor, Oh how I adore
To watch you come alive. An uproar!
No longer frozen, full of motion
As if watching a glistening ocean
You stand tall, high above us all
For you melted the ice, made it fall
Leaving only a memory
Your fight so strong, dauntlessly
Standing, living, believing, and yet...
Your feet are wet, so with regret
I must inform of icy returns
Gone are the days of summer sunburns
For ice will come, it will be done
Your body shunned from our warm sun
You will freeze again, be lost again
Icy diamonds will shine like back then
You must remain strong while waiting,
Frozen in time that is crippling
Shed your ice everyday, overcome
One day Summer will stay and all this will be done
Auto-immune diseases has riddled my mother, and some days myself. Sometimes it feels as though you are frozen in ice waiting for the pain to end. I remember my mother being up at 4 am to allow body to "shed the ice" and get through the stiffness and pain that came every night.
