I like to think that I'm a mixture of a sunflower, a lioness, and a tortoise. why? simply because a sunflower is exuberant, vibrant in color, flows softly and carelessly with the wind, plain and simple, Intriguing to say the lease. why a lioness? because she is Queen of the Sahara desert. she is loyal, she is independent and does not fully need to depend on a male, though when given the right one, she'll go through many lengths to accommodate him. she is also full in color,  plastered with battle scars to prove that she is of worth and can handle the meat thrown at her with nothing but scavengers surrounding her, tempting her. why a tortoise? because they are slow and steady, live on land with feet as claws, being able to dig into troubles and come out more wise than before. Also they can retrieve back into their cave for as long and as endless as they want, solitude is acceptable and perfered. one is noticeable yet, easily breakable and disposable. one is lazy, yet keen one is small, yet can take on the world for three hundred and thirty years. I'll be forever, and memorable, and radiant.

SLR
Ever felt like life is unfair to you? Ever felt like you've no true friends? That the world is very cruel to you? Got confused among who's your best friend? Made bunch of friends but no one there in time of help? Ever felt that way? Ever felt mopey and dim-witted without a SLR , because everyone's busy changing their Dp's on FaceBook with one. Ever felt like buying those 6 inches shoes ,though we'll never walk in it , but people got to see it ,right? Ever felt like cutting internet connection from your house, because of that we're not able to achieve all the great conquests of life. Ever felt like ,you've wasted all the opportunities life had given you and now you're futile , plus it's too late to start all over again? Ever felt scared of telling that person that how much you like them? Ever? Ever felt like you're ugly? Ever felt like you're not one of those magical school guys or gals of Hogwards. Ever felt like "No, you're not awesome." Ever felt like "I'm not in a relationship , am I that ugly?" Ever felt like no one loves you? Ever felt like the whole world is happy , but not you? Ever felt like you **** in everything? Ever felt like killing that person because ***** is flirting with the person you love? Ever felt like to know what you're from other people's view? Well , that's life.

Relatable
In life, there are so many instances where we see some of the most amazing scenes but regret of not having an SLR camera with us to capture 'em. I have so many such beautiful pics captured in my brain and just wanna put them out here!! ;) It was a beautiful sunny day in spite of being rainy season…I got ready to office in a very typical hurry – burry leisure and came out to bus stop. I have one good habit of not getting i-rated even if the bus does not show up for half an hour or so. That’s mainly coz I start observing every minute thing during the wait : P Like the way people walk, the patterns on morning sky, various fonts used on shop names, people’s expressions in vehicles…what not :D . Amidst these inspections, one view caught my sight in delight. I saw a middle aged lady in her dusty clothes. She looked pale and thin with curly hair that looked not so neat. She was sweeping the shoulders raising a lot of sand. While all was nothing so special, came a little girl running from where I donno!!.The lady looked at her keeping aside her broom and took over her on her shoulders.         As I moved my eyes a little to the right, I saw a dirt cart which is usually kept to throw the garbage. Here follows the most astonishing scene. To my disbelief, the lady placed the kid in it. She continued sweeping. From the background of many huge trees, the sun rays escaped out and lightened up the whole natural setting that was created. Now all I saw was laughter on the little angel not bothered about anything in the world but the dust that was rising. She clapped and clapped her hands while it looked like the sun rays also joined their hands to make an unheard tune. So unintentionally and innocently, did her movements create various stunning patterns of dirt that created a foggy look. This was the moment I wanted to click it J

He wanted to take charge of life again and use slide film with his Canon EF SLR this barren year, and give long stares to all those Tripod Digitalits outside Victoria Station creating their own version of affordable youth, thinking pixel dust would swam them along. He felt the strain of believing in the recent past, please intentionally use your typewriter and record player you need to create 1982 again! The Christmas meal would on the 21st like a flea in a dog's ear too near the exile of Christmas He feared the break would make him stir crazy, 2013 would emerge surely more of the same. A risible Tory Government perhaps alternative comedy was far from dead. "Splitting Image" would be their neutron Bomb, Such thoughts made him want to love the common people again

Stranded
I heard you gazing in the dark from across the snow filled land it's silent sonic waves tap tap tapped a hello to my brain and I was hungry, and so you sensed the need. biology tickling our noses, we began the feast. and after, we sent towards our first direction while the moon went to sleep; for the sun had made it sedated medolically inaudible, I waited. I grabbed the shot from my camera, for it was a most beautiful sight, a cycle of death from the moon, and the suns new life. © 2015 Kate Volk
