"shepards" poems
i. this life has been led in a hundred different directions by a hundred different shepards but you were able to show a lamb how to walk like a lion. ii. how sweet power tasted. iii. the night that i met you, after a lifetime of running from darkness, you said "sweet child, rest. take your shoes off. stay a while." i let out a long sigh of relief, my legs tired, eyes blurry from sleeplessness, judgement clouded, i mistook you for light, i stayed by your side until you took the last lick of me i had left, stole the sun from the sky, stomped out the last burning ember that remained from what was once a forest fire i left with nothing footprints in debris and ash absence where life once was

Do you think they knew? Huddled in the stable on a crisp cold “December” night. Animals & Kings. Shepards & Virgins. Wisemen & Angels. Him. Whether you believe or not. Its a touching sentiment. Do you think they knew ? That theirs was the first of 2012+ to come Their celebration of his birth. Would haunt humanity forever. Every shop, Every house, Every child. Because of him. Man or Myth. Still it's a nice idea. Do you think they knew? That, that modest celebration would become a global phenomenon. That the few would become Thousands. And the gifts would become... Frivolous. Giving would become wanting. Still, its a lovely time. Do you think they knew? That the Shepards and Wisemen would become Superstores and Marketing executives. That Soft drink corporations would control our holidays. That getting gifts for loved ones would become battlefields. That children whose beliefs were any different should be alienated and bullied. That their love would become ...something else. Still, some of the songs are quite catchy. I wish you a Merry Christmas. I really do .

Shepards & Soft Drink.
Decisions come from the turmoil of the mind. As it questions your character and self-righteousness. Choice, is the will to give your action an ending. Two kinds of consequences hover in the place of THAT choice. The Righteous consequence and the justified consequence.   The wise bring the righteous to the poor, they walk as lions, but herd as shepards to their sheep. Despite the unveiling indications of destruction, the time of glory will come to pass as the king.  Our lives are not simple, we have destinys that were never heard of and rules that werent really applied. We are indeed mortal, but it does not make a fool out of the insane. A jester may jest to please his mistress, and fight a boar to please his lord, but his choice of action still stands and a question remains... Why?  There is a simple resolution to the cause and effect. You gain important friendships to nobles and royalty, you get a whole new world of opportunities to boot. Decision... Comes from both the mind and the heart, you must choose who to follow at that time of strife.  Young one.. My daughter. Disperse from the pride and wealth of people. Escape your past and seek true fortune from within your soul. The time of war for our kind has just begun! Mount your righteous dragon Jerusalem, he will serve you until death. Soar into battle! Now, in the heat of the moment. The battle of Rider versus kingdom commences. Seek out the Menoaya tree, uncover the truth and find victory. You are destined for greatness my dark one... Choose your path, I will love you always.. Goodbye, Kekay.

Make me build barriers and walls, Medieval guards would look upon, Once the stone is risen, hardly it falls, When it's over my head, I'm gone. Lie to me. Lower the temperature with your tounge, One deegre by one until it goes, 'Till it's Northern Sea through my lung, Across the ice, no flower grows. Lie to me. Destroy the morning sky with your words, My coffee with two spoons of anger, Better lost than lies as shepards, Cover my eyes, be my strangler. Lie to me. Wash out your lips of the sugar stanes, Dry them 'till the sweetness is no more, Your kiss will taste like coffee grains, Once so tired, my mouth won't be sore. Lie to me.

Lie to me
Within lamenting hushened calls, Shepards watch thine burning sea. As bussoms burn with froths of lies, I shall avenge you, this I decree. Lost art thou, to seven layers. A trembled ground from which you cry, With sword and dagger at my side, To free you, I would surely die. Worry not, the chains that bind, I shall crush with mine own hands. For power beacons within mine heart, To crumble towers into sand. But thy doth not knowst, To slay the beast of sorcery. The sword I bring is my mind, And the dagger is mine poetry.

sheperds pie
Sitting among seven strangers sharing stories and shepards pie. I found myself talking to a man named Rick. Rick was homeless and out of work for eight years. No loving family. You see, he began talking to me Telling me his story. I listened, pondered. I did not ask many questions. He just talked and talked. I was somebody he could talk to. He is 50, he outlined a few of his struggles. He told me during Christmas time... He didn't want to make it to 51 Because he was lonely. Lonely. Lonely? Lonely. Billions of people on the planet.. And he's lonely. Lonely.

A man named Rick
So that old clock stopped ticking, one less noise to fill my ears. As my mind goes to rewind, pulsing, reeling in the years. Every second hazy, lost in time just like the clock,. Memories lost, through just living, moving on, amongst the flock.... Thinking of the shepards, some were good, and some so bad. Moments that formed where I am, all the good and all the bad. The memories you lock away, will be the ones that drive you mad. When that old clock stops ticking............. there's no time fo feel so sad.

All The Good And All The Bad.
What were the temples Of the tribes, Judea Brothels of slave Shepards Of child lovers And Christiandom was it's continuation, post revolt Back it all goes back to Rome Further back than that To Greece But ultimately the nomads who settled In the land we call Egypt These are the freaks The monsters throughout history Who eat of their own young and Lay with them Who manipulated what were the Pagans Who continued on slavery, after the End of its practice. Cybele & Attis, The cults that taught Drugging as a tool To manipulate behavior Bend the rules, in their favor Far off in Europe and since The civil war, in America And it was Truman's gang That hijacked us They have been hijacking Various belief and countries, For as long as there have been them. We got back control With some of us Americans getting in And then they shot that young man Going through Dallas, Texas And ever since, it has been Foreign elements pulling strings Foul false Americans Because they made of us Of our conservative society One of shame, one of privacy Where normal people like you and me Are afraid to speak out for what is right In the face of ignorance In the stead of savagery They blackmailed and extorted our politicians Right before our very eyes I tell you, wake up Be political, and only trust Americans Including our southern siblings Common people like us Who merely wish to live free lives

The cold welcomes you home, Like eviction notices and ghosts in the attic, Something is crying all night long Something is turning this place hollow Something nobody wants to admit is here The valley is buried and the Shepards **** the flock one by one to spare them the pain of transition, No act of mercy goes unpunished, In every act of mercy there is a promise, For Jeremiah, the doom of Jerusalem carried with it a promise of cleansing, so he opened his mouth and raised his arms to the sky and let the word travel through him, but when he had had enough, he shut his mouth and locked the prophesy inside his chest where it burned his heart so viciously he weeps still to this day in his tomb For Alexander, the sword held a promise of unity, so the old king rode among his men as a lion with pride, resplendent in gold and the light of divine purpose, but when the light went out, those cruel gods sank their teeth into the kings stomach and cursed him to fade forever into marble and history For the Bolsheviks, the rifle and the pamphlet bore promise of utopia, so they armed the masses to the teeth and let hell claim the tsar, but when the long winter came, they stared down the barrel of their own guns and wondered, what good can come of this world after all? For me, the snow brings with it a promise of remembrance, so I dig in, light a fire, and let it consume me slowly, as it has always done
