old smell
I may hate you more tomorrow , but i'll never love you less for you're the one person i can always count on , you're simply the best and everyone who knows us predicted we won't last a sec it's like we're the opposite end of a spectrum, yet a single entity violating the norms of this hypocritical society simple, yet so **intriguing ** And girl , we go on so well together like bread and butter like milkshake and cookies YOU'RE THE MELODY..TO MY LYRICS and God only knows, the inspiration behind how many songs! the ones i've lost and also the ones i carry in my heart And without Nancy(my bestie) , where would Aditi(me) be? without you ...well that just can't be you're always sure of somethings, like the sun will always rise, that's the way you make me feel you're probably the only thing ..that drags me to the boring premises of dav{my school} (also the fact that 75%attendance is required but you get the idea) and looking at you , and looking at me .. and looking at the **** and crazy stuffs we do and we did i wonder how effortless it is how the kind of girl i'm ..everything looks scary to me but you just make it better somehow ,without even doing a thing and sometimes, i get this blurry pic of you and I we're close to being 75 silver hair , wrinkled cheeks sitting on a park bench, eating(that's her aka my bestie's favorite thing..eating) talking about the same old senseless thing and looking at each other with contempt and say "hey ,we made it to the end♥ "

*me and my bestie *
“Never forget” It’s structure set there’s something that I just don’t get When people told to take a sec The thousands lost Their lives just swept And many more forever wept An empty hole with families wrecked Commemorate the date is set As if a giant hurdle leapt Most people easily forget A numb that lulls themselves will let They patronize like I’m a pet Their pettiness to me will vex It’s takes more than just bowing necks A promise for one day is kept Real charity Not on the net Read Facebook posts like “What the heck?” My boiling blood want to snap necks A danger sign like floor is wet Not military or a vet But a salute those lost will get Just for one day forget the rest On this day we will act our best Let bias and all hatred rest Each other love Hearts will be blessed

Never forget
What am I hiding? Nothing at all Nothing important Just a silly scrawl What's in that package? Nothing for you Nothing significant Just a thing or two What are my secrets? What secrets are they? I wear my heart on my sleeve Every moment of every day What are my desires? I have so few I am a simple person Unlike you What is my goal? To live life, of course To the fullest I can With the least remorse What's that key for? The one around my neck? It's just an old thing Got to go, just a sec What does it open? Nothing at all Nothing significant Nothing I can recall

The Key
When you think of a drug addict, what do you see? Someone who’s messed up, depressed, or on the street. Sadly, there are quite a few of those freaks They need their daily dosage or their days incomplete. But what if I told you users aren’t the real drug addict? It’s the government…. They’re the real drug addicts But wait isn’t that a little dramatic? That cant be true! Show me some facts, I demand it! Alright, alright…. Hold on… if you demand it, here’s some facts then In 2011 the war on drugs cost 23 billion dollars But, that’s just the federal budget, you just wait, the states can replicate. Over 30 billion dollars were put on their plate That’s 53 billion total, 1716 of every second of every day… isn’t that insane!? Well yeah, you could say that’s insane, but I’m still not impressed, can you step up your game? Of course I can do that! I have much more to say! Okay then, I’m all ears, amaze my brain! From 1987 to 1995, the corrections budget increased 30% because more and more people were being thrown in the pent Meanwhile, spending on higher education was on the decent--- 18% to be correct Ah, that makes sense, but what I don’t get, is how that’s relevant? Just a sec, I have more to vent In 2010 21% of those in the pent were in for a drug related offense And what percent of people do you think had a malicious intent? Well… I guess you could say slim to none Right! While educations lacking the proper funds to teach kids what they need to know Okay, okay, I get what you’re saying now, but I still don’t get why you think the government is the drug addict? I mean, don’t users spend more on drugs than the government does? Drugs are expensive, and they take an abundance of money from a users pocket. Yes, that’s true, they spend more spend more money than the government does There are 20 million plus who reported using drugs in 2011, they spent around 70 billion dollars to support their love That’s 3500 dollars spent per user Meanwhile, just over 7 million people are employed by the gov You know what that means? Our gov spends 7300 dollars per person employed for the war on drugs. Wow… I never thought of it like that, those are quite the facts You know what, that actually makes me mad Obviously it makes our government a mockery, a living joke of a democracy I can see why you say the government is a drug addict now They’re addicted to a war that’s bringing us down They can’t go a day without spending money on it And look how successful it has been… pretty prominent their habit is chronic I even recently heard that more people die from drugs they’re prescribed than drugs that are despised Yes! I almost forgot that! It’s actually 10 times more people! Isn’t that unbelievable!? Now, we’re not trying to say we should end the war on drugs But don’t you think its time the government rethinks their strategy? Because its obvious the one they have now is a tragedy.

Pick a cause, any cause, and slap your receipt on your bumper. Everyone is doing it. Everyone needs something to be passionate about. What's your disease? Not a one of us has it but **** if we don't act like it. Walk it off. Blame federal taxes. Blame the government. Why not your cause? Why not your ailment? Cus' you know Johnny is going to die if we don't do something, and Susie's just runnin' outta time. Buy a teddy bear to show you give a **** Donate that extra quarter. It all piles up somewhere. But who, I mean who ever bothered to cure anything? A million lab coats are workin' on your answer. Just give em' a sec, this stuff takes time. In the mean time throw another buck in like your the only one. Like this is the only problem left. Like Santa only cares about breast cancer or the church only cares about Alzheimers. It's got one of their own you know. Uncle Jim's got cancer of the liver, where's his save the children fund? Timmy's got cerebral palsy. Sara's got Aspergers. Randy has the Typhoid. Pick a brand any brand and show you give a **** Like the only one who gives a **** about the only thing that matters. Forget them, what about me? What about my issue? What about my family? Does the take a penny leave a penny in the seven eleven make you feel important? Good. Look here, buy this pin. 10% goes to Katrina victims

Take my hand, friend just for a sec- let's leave this ****** land of SATs, PSATs, APs, and college admission essays and guidance counselors and homework and pop quizzes and exams and whatever else-                                           behind. Let's be two again. Let's make Pringle-chip-duck faces and grin with orange peel smiles- I'll paint my nails yellow and we'll read Dr. Seuss with British accents in the dimming light of the old falling-down fort of pillows and blankets (that's almost too small for us) Let's pretend               Let's pretend                             Let's pretend That we've never seen the glowing screen of televisions, computers, IPods, that we haven't spent weeks wearing down our thumbs on text messages.               Let's forget fights over boys that weren't even all that hot. Let's sit in my yard and eat raw cookie dough behind my momma's back And make too-sweet fresh lemonade, and blow dandelions (into other neighbor's yards, of course) Spray garden hoses at each other and laugh and scream and giggle and make mud-pies. Let's make twenty different secret handshakes, Eat wild raspberries and hide sticky fingers And pinky promise- again and again- BFFs forever. Let's lose ourselves in the bliss of childhood just one more time- please.                             Just in case Peter Pan decides to visit.

A Solis Occasum Cardine
My eyes smell sleepy, he, refusing to depart, But there is coffee on the nightstand, The odor, infiltrating the dozy brain's heart. Annoyed with each other, They shout and fight Like teenage siblings Commissioners at the SEC, Arguing over bathroom monopolization, The tongue stays sidelined, feigning net neutrality. The bed smells empty, For the **** has crowed, Yogi David commands your presence At Saturday morning Eight O'clock yoga services. To get to his Sinai on time, Early departure, an FAA requirement, Car, ferry and foot you will deploy, In the winter, special skis and snowshoes, That blessed by his mantra, Enable you to walk on water. In the kitchen there is sisterly conversation, Yes, puttering and muttering and discussing, Sister's grown child texting, he's making the pilgrimage To see Mama, alone, unexpectedly, Six hours driving. Friends and countryman, That is how you spell t-r-o-u-b-l-e Sleepy master dwarf refuses to concede, Says when kitchen noises retreat, Back to him you will supplicate, They (the other dwarfs and body parts), Have a big convention to better communicate.. Departure comes without a kiss, But not without complaint, She always says I love you first, Which is natural, She being a girl. Now the bladder starts to whiny~chatter, What about me, what about me, Don't you love me, and me rhymes with P! While the stomach quietly snores Have been well-fed but a few hours before, He dreams of some more....macadamia crusted s'mores... I could verse you more, No problem that's for sure, But you got the point: The morning smells.

You remember the good old days the days during the war When there was still a thing called homelessness and everyone seemed poor You'd work all day and half the night just so you'd get by And then they'd send your job abroad or give it to a cheaper guy Your money would buy less and less cos things cost more and more And everyone felt scared but why we were not sure Economies went through the floor the whole world was in debt Even things like land and real estate were no longer a safe bet Oh how I miss those happy days so much better then than now Hang on a sec whats that up there is it a flying pig or cow?

Yesteryear - 100 years from now
If all a top physicist knows About the Truth be true, Then, for all the so-and-so's, Futility and grime, Our common world contains, We have a better time Than the Greater Nebulae do, Or the atoms in our brains. Marriage is rarely bliss But, surely it would be worse As particles to pelt At thousands of miles per sec About a universe Wherein a lover's kiss Would either not be felt Or break the loved one's neck. Though the face at which I stare While shaving it be cruel For, year after year, it repels An ageing suitor, it has, Thank God, sufficient mass To be altogether there, Not an indeterminate gruel Which is partly somewhere else. Our eyes prefer to suppose That a habitable place Has a geocentric view, That architects enclose A quiet Euclidian space: Exploded myths - but who Could feel at home astraddle An ever expanding saddle? This passion of our kind For the process of finding out Is a fact one can hardly doubt, But I would rejoice in it more If I knew more clearly what We wanted the knowledge for, Felt certain still that the mind Is free to know or not. It has chosen once, it seems, And whether our concern For magnitude's extremes Really become a creature Who comes in a median size, Or politicizing Nature Be altogether wise, Is something we shall learn.

After Reading a Child's Guide to Modern Physics
When the time together becomes a bore. When you start to figure your'e not the only girl he adores. As you realize the kisses aren't sweet how the used to be As you lie there in his arms perhaps your heart will feel like it doesn't belong. And when you remember the memories you shared from this song, you'll start to cry. When the fun nights out are no longer shared with you. You'll be sitting alone asking, "what did I do?". Nothing will be same, not even text messages. When you send the I love you text, just know he's texting his ex. And he'll probably get to you in a sec. With a response like, you too. Sweetie, cheaters will be cheaters. And there always be him and two of you.

Under the streetlight, covered by moonlight I sat upon a bench, waiting to unite took out my diary, flash-backed our memory read all your letters, sunken in harmony listening to the rain drops, took out my umbrella reminisces your voice, how you call me senorita buses after buses, all kind had gone by still neither recieved a call nor a reply thoughts in my head, ran a sec per mile my brain submerged in doubt, but heart said to wait someone took me in arms, hugged so tight i trusted my heart, so was it you...

Sat by the streetlight..
The young boy stuffed his hands back into his pockets and looked down. His black shoes looked nice against the moldy, rotten, floor of the boat. Water splashed up onto the back of his neck just as he pulled his hood up. He had forgotten it was there and his ears instantly felt warmer. Him, his old man, and his old man's friend had launched the boat 15 minutes ago. After some trouble they got it started and began across the frosty lake. The sun was still not up yet, and the temperature was below freezing. "See the steam rising off the water?" the second old man had asked, "The water is warmer than the air." And so they had began their journey. "Stand up for a sec, James, I need to get to the tackle box." The boy complied and was surprised to find that it was warmer standing up. Even with the wind slapping at his face. Just as his father retrieved the box he shouted "Rich! Stop!" There was another boat not 10 feet in front of them, running perpendicular to there boat. Rich slammed the engine into reverse. He smacked his head on the small windshield in front of him, knocking him out. The boy's dad fell over and smacked his head on the side of the boat, almost knocking him out. James went flying. He flew straight over the front of the boat and into the water. Not even a second later the underside of the boat smacked into his back. Not even a second after that the propeller from the boat sliced off his left hand and also chopped down to the bone in his neck. Time of death was estimated to be at 6:07 A.M. Rich was alright, the crash causing a minute fracture in the second disk of his neck. The boy's father was also alight, only re breaking his long ago broken left shoulder. The single child's mother killed herself six days later. His girlfriend never dated another boy ever again. Until she met Bobby, who took her pain away with the knuckles on his strong right. His father never returned to work, instead drank away his welfare and later his life. Rich lived almost normally until his daughter was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer, killing her within weeks of diagnosis. Then, he moved to Arizona and was killed by a **** dealer. And the world went on.

I think about myself but what about others? I think about the new days but what about the newer ones? Im a teenager and my days of being a child are long gone and soon my days of being a teen wiil be gone too , the day will come for me to face the real world , my days will come when my choices will lead me.. Im a teenager , um in a crazy stage where nature drives me crazy my life as a teen may seen good..but its not , being a teens is like living in a horror movie , lts like the world has shown me its worsts site its like the world has turn its back on me. My teenage life
* Awaken refreshed, hush the alarm, time for another caper, cuddle with the kitty, good morning, my fuzzy lil slayer! Feed the furballs, cereal for me, start the coffee maker, may be a good day today, at least it looks good on paper. Drain the main, check the mirror, what-up my _playa_— wait a sec, is it my self-hate, or am I a little greyer? Inhale my morning nicotine with a sugary caffeine chaser, hazelnut and doubt, mmm, that's my favorite flavor... Brush and shave, step into the Hypothetical Argument Simulator, hope follows soap down the drain—oh well—see ya later! All dressed up, glance to verify the happiness imitator, hold my chin up high, but only for the cologne sprayer. Front door locked, start the car, on the lookout for hidden radar, try to outrun the bitterness, traffic jam, wish this were single-player. Make it to work in one piece, if just the outer layer, brain boiling beneath, my good old trusty traitor. *

Illogical Progression
Glances from across the room louder than the music louder than the bass that everyone is waiting drop. Musical notes clamouring against the floor, don't pick them up. leave them there, walk around them on tip toe in ballet slippered feet. feather light or lead heavy. veins of lightning. forming vowel sounds with my mouth. ooooooOooOOO EEeeeee i. i. i. AHhhhhh Sew me together with fingertips like the soft kiss of lemon drops, coming up the stairwell the warmth of wanting the bite of yearning. Flushed pink. Pinched red. Pricked purple. Spaghetti mind of soft thoughts turning hard and stale like cracked chapped candy cane lips. Naked and waiting. Scabbed mosquito bites that bled bright red. OOoooowww. Gimme a sec. 3-5 business days until rejection. I'll keep you posted. 48 hours of maybe. Lemme get back to you. No RSVP establishing a lack of certainty. but but but Re: Urgent: Plz Respond ASAP But when?

Vibes
'The time has come,' the Preacher said, 'to speak of many things Of talking snakes and ****** births and golden angel wings And why Perdition’s fire is hot and whether Christ is King...' 'Hold on a sec' the poet said, 'Before we sort this mess I think I need an hour or so to chill and convalesce' 'Take your time' the preacher said, 'Tomorrow will be fine' The poet thanked him kindly and then poured a glass of wine And then he poured another and another and six more But soon the flask was empty and he stretched out on the floor He looked up at the preacher and in garbled words he said: 'I think I'd rather talk about reality instead'
