From being our guide as A father,
To being our support as A brother.
From being our best advisor as A friend,
To being our strength as A partner.

Men play an important role,
In every women's life.
We are incomplete without them,
They give us strength in every phase of life.

You guys makes us complete,
Your existence is a blessing to us.
Having a men in life who stands by your side,
Is just a precious gift to every women.

I don't agree with the saying that
"All Men's are same".
Because I believe.
"All men's are different in their own way".

Happy International Men's Day

Special Poetry for Men's
Mohd Arshad Feb 2014
I wrote something on water
                It swiftly flew away
I held a piece of flying cloud
                It speedily melted  away
         I saw the gleaming beams
                It quickly passed away
I looked at rainbow in the sky
                It hastily faded away
I wrote thy name in my heart
                It stayed and will stay
This is my love; it will never go
This the breeze; it will blow
This is the moon; it will glow
This is the tree; it will grow

Some efforts are left unnoticed,
Some words are left unsaid.
Some feelings are left unheard,
Some emotions are left unfelt.

Let them be,
Unnoticed, unsaid, unheard & unfelt.
Because if it is noticed, said, heard & felt,
There will be no reason to live.

Let my untold story be untold,
I don’t want to express it.
I just want to feel the little moments,
And keep it in my heart for eternity.

Gems of world - all girls my pride
Are happy and make so when tried;
Drashti & Mansi – best friends tied
To another as a fly to sugar when spied.
Sanjana and Dhruvi with all stride
Ahead to make others deride.
They are my charms and pride -
Intelligently innocent, and guide
For me and class in our collide.
Lucky is a silent asteroid
Who bursts in hostel wide.
Darshana innocently flied
In hostel during Yoga allied
With Udita who always denied
To be a part of Yoga, but tried
To save skin by moving aside
When problems don’t subside.
Meshwa and Tamanna – bromide;
Burst in class if one belied.
All nine gems of Akbar’s I vied
In my sweet angels without snide
I hope they’ll never forget my bestride
For them and come in my cyanide.
I am developing a new style of writing poetry where ending words of a line rhyme with one another, at least in last sound. I named it Pari Style. Hope readers will like it. Thanks to those invisible hands and fingers which supported and inspired me to continue my efforts in my new, creative, artistic and innovative “Pari” style. Thanks for your inspiring, kind, soft fingers.

Hold Me!

The day you met,
Is the day I'll never forget.
Those sparkling deep eyes,
Has a pain that it hides.

The smile that catches the attention,
Has the story that you never mention.
The heart that beats rapidly,
Has hidden some secrets safely.

The vibe that you gave me,
Pauses the world around me.
Hold me so close coz I want to know,
All the hidden pain, the secret, the story now.

I want to heal your pain,
I want to change your story.
Will you let me rewrite your story?
If yes, then please hold me.

Open Sky

The distance between us,
Is been filled by the open sky.
When I look up in the sky,
I feel you are staring the same sky.

I make a wish to be with you,
When I see the shooting star.
I know you too wish to be with me,
When you see the falling star.

Among all the differences,
The only thing that connect us,
Is the open sky
And the twinkling stars.

I wish to be by your side,
Holding your arms,
Gazing the stars.
& Waiting for the star to fall.

Silence

There is a silence,
Hidden in the loudest chaos.
There is a pain,
Hidden in the brightest smile.

There is a feeling,
Hidden in the backspaced words.
There is a thunder,
Hidden in the calmness.

Not every silence,
Need chaos to understand.
Not every pain,
Need tears to heal.

Not every feeling,
Need words to express,
Not every thunder,
Needs calmness to burst.

Sometimes things are,
Just meant to be understood.
Not to be justified or explained,
Just meant to be felt.
