I came to liberate lions from dungeons I came to share and not stare at you I came to actualize powers within me I intend to distribute resources equally I came to reiterate that all beings are beautiful I came to make an impact like mountains do I came to create music with my attitude I intend that symphonies surround me with their melodies I intend that children feel safe to open up to me I came to empower dancers in perpetual motion I intend to be a witness to the miracles of life’s radiance I came to scream love songs into forests I came to hear my own voice echoed by hollow caverns I intend to create portals that we can travel through I came to bring back the aurora borealis at all latitudes

a declaration of emancipation
Submissiveness:        give into man. silence yourself. his word is final. rush to his beck and call when he is angered. we are wrong. man is dominant, and woman is soft. if man is the bone, we are the gushy cartilage cushioning his fall. body dominated and composed of bone, but we are the organs that keep the body functioning. forever being transplanted, while our men are broken. submit. Purity:        save yourself for man. wait for him with all your white so you are not tainted. innocence upheld. it is all for him, only him. wait for him to take it all, whenever he desires. be pure. Domesticity:         the home calls our name. it is our calling. our knees bound to scrubbing, hands tied to kneading because our family needs us. we are to be the slaves of our homes just as we were to the white man. permanency of pressing collars that are not our own. domestic labor. Piety:         we come from the rib of adam. without the presence of man we, ourselves would not exist. for this reason, we worship. we worship to reiterate our purity, to maintain our sanity when others challenge our virtues of womanhood. the lord is our shepherd. we uphold our lord. besides our husbands, he is all that we shall want. womanhood.

After I graduated, I thought about two things, I’m certified, I am now apart of “the people”, (And) All I have to do is make a choice and I’ll find success, Gave it my best, “no test?”; I had to teach, No stress, I had to be, The O next to the V, The ego; “which is me” (Wait) V+V=4, it’s a six thing; you know love without the zeas, But with the zeal; well; Overcoming Variables was never a test, -Or a problem; I speak geometry, I took 2D, made it 3D, and that was simultaneously; how could I not be the best… (What is a, reiteration?) *How I wish to float upon your breast Soft and placid as a glass lake, windless Breathless But to delve into valleys Unexplored, keeper of buried treasures I trek throughout, wandering Aimless deliverance, unspoken promises Intricacy of intimate embrace I weave in my fingers, passion Spill me, leave kisses like ghosts Translucent memories Moist with seduction Delicious droplets of enticement Proposing infatuation, falling from your lips Illustrious little allures Swim through me Serpentine twisting contours Wrap me in flesh, consumption Stares, to reiterate a longing Convey this truthfulness Honeyed words of desire Think not to deny yourself this moment Make love to white whispers Embedded in the mouth of temptation Take no responsibility Let movement be freely expressed Body caressed Comforting red embers Of lustful flame Spin tales of time and tryst Inhale the sweeter aromas Entwine with immaculacy Reciprocate sensuality, a pair Two Two with a twist And many other turns*

It's hard to extol the merits of mankind and to lavish excessive praise is insane; recognize the gamut of vain emotion and treatment of our brothers that's inhumane. The natural nature of man is hardly good - Proof is found in our vocabulary; despite incredible accomplishments of this world, poor relationships of man to extremes are still carried. Our literature and news is littered with ugly views of crime and hate. For brief review of the damage perpetuated, let's take time to reiterate. There's slavery, ****** ****** torture, greed, **** hatred, genocide, racism, bigotry, fear, starvation, thievery, lasciviousness and terrorism. Uncaring predators have always existed, unable to overcome the evil within. Such conditions show our need for a loving God, to triumph over the presence and affects of sin. Poem: Human Behavior
We are a liars, because the truth of yesterday becomes a lie tomorrow, whereas letters are fixed, and we live by the letter of truth. The love I feel for my friend, this year, is different from the love I felt last year. If it were not so, it would be a lie. Yet we reiterate love! love! love! as if it were a coin with a fixed value instead of a flower that dies, and opens a different bud.

Lies About Love
Forgiveness, to forgive                    (for me) Is essentially subtle- to a fault, Beautifully it's practiced, Yet inherently mistaught: To ask of anything more From the person you've done wrong Is blatantly selfish, at its core Pressuring them along. Unless exactly, specific and honestly, you reiterate once more. All the reasons which you petition forgiveness And what you're sorry for: To draw conclusions, assumptions and things, without the facts in place- Was to right out start off in an Unreasonable head space. Furthermore, my tone of voice And the disrespect it achieved Is not what you- Alena, not at all From me; should've ever recieved. Lastly, explicitly I have to say; I'm sorry for my aggressive words. And the fact I reacted that way is absurd A retort- as a minuet or two, voice note Deserved the block- and what you wrote. *I'm sorry about this- discrepancy I actually enjoyed you working with me. I'll leave this here for you to find, & Hope these words were worth your time. When you read, know these are sincere; my apologies- true. Not just mere pretty, fluffy words for you.* Poetry's something I, almost know, you appreciate~ so heres an apologistic-free vers hyphenate.

for logic to work, certain coordination words must be excluded from ever attain a thesaurus privilege, certain words must attain the same consistency as numbers already present, for worded logic to work, certain words cannot entertain synonyms or antonyms, and must be freed from the shackles of sophistry. can one animate object truly objectify another animate object? i ask, because this supposed feminist narrative of man objectifying a woman seems rather bogus - as i have to reiterate - can an animate object truly objectify another animate object?            i "think" (i.e. "i" deny) this to be highly unlikely, near impossible...                   i am innately inclined to the puritanical observation, that i can only objectify an inanimate object, point being: a man can no more objectify a woman than an animate object can make an animate an inanimate object without having to subject himself to hammering a nail into a plank of wood: using a hammer. how can an animate object (a man) objectify another animate object (a woman) - without, first of all objectifying a part of him as quasi-inanimate, namely his phallus?   women do not seem to be complaining about objectification of a woman, rather, a man objectifying his member -   and isn't that the point, to posses an object that you're not subject to obeying?                              once more how can a woman be objectified, when in fact man is attempting to de-subjective himself from his genitalia?                          an animate object can't objectify an animate object -                             since the contradiction is: both are in animation...                   the only time objectification happens is when an animate object subject an inanimate object into a purpose... a hammer is hardly a woman, while is hammer one-dimensional,    a woman is either mother, sister, vice,       a one night stand, a girlfriend, or a wife...    women are never objectified -    they are subject to the self-objectifiction of man, by man alone... and if you think that's post-modernist jargon, let me spell it out for you: T, O, G, E, T, A, H, A, R, D, O, N. objectification happens when an animate object subjects / encompasses an inanimate object into a subject of the animate object's intent...         unless of course you care to disclose a fetish for necrophilia... since only in necrophilia are women actually objectified.

As I contemplated the project of writing a persuasive essay I discovered that I would have to have a topic upon which to practice my persuasive techniques .  After much cogitation and enumeration of my possibilities , pursued with such zeal that it soon resembled pedantic ostentation , I concluded that the most positive prospect I could pursue in this endeavor would be an attempt to prove irrefutably that I deserve a grade of A in this class ; if not for the undeniable excellence of my effort , then at least for the unadulterated audacity of my pretentious assertion .   In order to perform this feat first I must overwhelm your developing consternation , the frozen mastodon of your auspicious judition .  To accomplish this I will cite my impeccable attendance ; which although not perfect was indeed a valiant effort in the face of public opinion whose abstinence approached epidemic proportions .  I will expound on the effectual and pervasive inspirations of my in class commentary , which sparked many a heated argument or thoughtful conjecture ; and comment on the polished precision of my in class narration .  I will reiterate the diversity and intrigue of my subject matter and the competence of my delivery . Next , with all the dynamic aggression of a wind-up tyrannosaur , I will recapitulate and exemplify my arguments ; until the ramifications of my inductive collusions exceed the boundaries of your psychic phenomenon and you are forced to acquiesce into impunity .   Yes I will indeed proceed to exceed the parameters of your mind , until mesmerized by the multitudes of analogous content you find yourself , disguised as captain corpuscle , floating euphorically down stream in a think box mind gram dingy towards a sea of Colorado cool aid .  Then as if all that were not enough to thoroughly torque your ringer , adamant and tenacious I will portray realms of intellectual austerity so intriguing you will be raised to new heights of enigmatism , and then I will leave you , enraptured with your own anonymity , at the edge of the new world freeway .

He only imbibes because of his dipsomania. She only practices onanism because she's afraid he'll impregnate her. He despises her monomania. She's too affable, almost to the point of being obsequious. He's too acrimonious and muzzy. She knows she's a bit of a coquette. He thinks he's a cuckold. She used to be flighty until she fell into this convoluted dystopia. He used to find it scintillating to get sozzled. She just wants a lark once in a while. His iniquity makes him want her to be lascivious. Her every fatuity leads to a cabal. He's too opaque and insipid. She has to iterate and reiterate everything she says. He feels his infatuation is unrequited. She finds this unproblematic. He doesn't imbue her with anything anymore. She thinks he's unpitying of that. He'll malinger tomorrow. She'll wonder if it's all adventitious or kismet. She can't handle his odium. He can't stand her ten dollar words.

Here we are, awoke Turning the effervescent wheel's Lively spoke And speaking of which, Dreaming through the day I sit awake and with God I Note "where have you been?" In shining stars and spectrography My surveying eyes alight to watch the Topography Shift and fizzle and burn and cook To turn and dance towards a thousand ends. Time a laughable wire severed To hone the momentary soul And yet Let go towards the endless drone of ever Lasting beyond the melting bones It is a beautiful flower of a thing The last through the door for rite of spring Swinging, arms out on the galactic road Aiming for all at that great unknown And yet, I stare up at a beautiful powder-coated sky Watching the clouds curl and saunter by Knowing this truth, never seeing the same thing anew, And hoping somehow to be indemnified Of what? Again, We speak the same To reiterate the revolutive turn in all but name The earth owes naught but dust and dirt, To all which is and ever earned. To not forget that which we come, To not mistake the hand of fate; That all that is shall once be done, Then faith of life is ours to take.

And yet, Once Again
Now, We are mellow. Having spent the evening exploring the threads of friendship. That had come adrift of warp, weft and weave. Time and distance had silks, snag-tagged-torn, on the bustling-busy, hectic-hustling of work and family. Teasing-taunt, needle-gnawing, small, gap-rip-rents in the snug comforter that is... the wonder of us. Us, so many secrets woven. So many, nights of tissues and sobbing tears. Darning in daring exploits. Cutting away knotted, fear-angry-scream-fighting feuds. Cutting work, for days of delight and nights of desperate yearning. We used anything at hand, rough wools, pieces of string and twines. To weave a blanket, to hide us from life's storms. We were, so young, so strong, recklessly-brash, stupidly-joyous and braveheart-fools. And now, time and age, has softened our work. Felted and fuse-melded, the fibres into a beautiful entity. That we store-save in the heart's cupboard, of special and precious  things. It is an heirloom of sorts. We bring it out, with occasional, humble-grace, to be dandled and stroked with reverence. Caressed and cossetted are our memories held within the abstract weave. We are the dwindling of a youthful exuberance flung-thrown-heaved to the wild winds. So now, we are grateful to be curator-custodians of the retrospective nature as we augment-append and reiterate-repair. A new thread here, now, embellish-embroider,embed and tatt-stitch. My son and your twin girls, squeezed, splashing into your tiny bathtub big-grin-giggling in the gurgling water. Our future, here and now, is the brightest of silks, Our past, mellow and yielding in, the luminent opulence, angelically-asleep in, the other room.

Two days old, as hours foretold, Wisdom is a gift, heartily gifted so. Life’s greatest mysteries left to unfold, Hourglass sand drowns the catacomb. Time perceived through linear scopes Shows present truths and fallacies as heard. Elope distinctions, divorce similarities, For the world is backward and time, reverse. Lessons learned, reiterate the word, Responsibility, the key to community. Prosper, live long, Disease is only deadly when extinct is the immunity. Freely versed, lyrically rehearsed, Speaking from the heart blends emotion at the worst With flint and tinder Striking up fire, but always a spark first.

My mind is here and there run by neverending generator it is black from the lack of emotions yet colorful depending on life’s motion Insane memory to remember seven different passwords to seven different usernames, completely reiterate lyrics of hundreds of songs, and raps from infamous youtubers, remembering the location of the keyboard because there is no time to look down, to remembering which button does what and when it should be used, before this one, after that. Yet, I cannot seem to recall what homework i had

Neverending Gears
You always said I talked too much. And while I certainly don't think most people of at least a reasonable degree of competency would be inclined to disagree, it just seems to me that you were thinking about it all wrong. Perhaps the real problem was not my tendency to speak loudly and with great frequency but rather it was the inferiority of your listening abilities, or lack thereof. You see, I wouldn't need to constantly dwell and reiterate and repeat if you would have been able to conceive  even momentarily that there was reasoning tucked between the seams of my stories that I kept waiting for you to find. I wanted to give you chances repeatedly to display some needed empathy and to meet even my most basic needs or, **** it, just common decency but all requests were met selfishly and I think its time to leave it behind. I am ready to breathe regularly and sleep without the haunting dreams and stick to it this time without relapsing. I am ready to finally start resisting picking up the phone when you inevitably decide you are feeling a little too lonely and know that you can always count on me to be too desperate and too weak to waste an opportunity to speak because you always said I talked too much. I hope I am finally running out of things to say.

A Good Bye with Overdone Assonance
MEMO FROM:  Mr Phil Indifrence,  Strategy Chess Insurgency  Corps. Space Headquarters, Castleview Avenue, Dunstable XY10 TO:  Ms Petal  Dontrun,  Crimson Chess Federation. De la Wigan Headquarters, Wigan, United Kingdom,  SM00 Dear Ms Dontrun, Please accept my greetings. I write to clarify my stance on our outstanding matters and hopefully to deter further speculation, gossips, rumours, distortions, misinformation and sensationalism by the media. As you are aware I contacted you on the day as arranged only to be confronted with a response that was astoundingly unethical, un- professional, rude, inconsiderate and totally uncalled-for. It was so below expected standard that it raised doubt about your suit- ability to be seen as a matured adult much less an intelligent being. Still in the reverberations of this seismic occurrence I called again in the hope it was a momentary loss of composure and yet again I was subjected to a deluxe version of the first onslaught. To say I was flabbergasted is putting things mildly, most especially as it was totally unwarranted and underserved. It was obvious you lacked any sense of decorum and had become an affront to common human decency and an embarrassment to your status. In all fairness you did call some weeks later, but it had become apparent that the ethos, protocol and cordiality that my Organi- sation works within may not be relevant to your Organisation, hence my unavailability to your contact. I write to primarily reiterate that my position on this matter and the present status quo is not based on some immature Ego play, stubbornness, power-play or pride, rather it's in all truthfulness it's a belief in upholding standards in ethical considerations. I do not believe that bad manners, ill-considered behaviour, ill-judgement and a lack of sensitivity and good grace are matured and progressive trends to interact cooperatively within. In conclusion, this is my stance on this matter and I hope it helps your understanding. I believe a formal Apology from you and your Organisation is appropriate in this regard and will instigate a return to cordiality between our Organisation. If you however feel this is unnecessary I will respect your decision and the situation will remain unresolved. I thank you for your attention. Regards, Phil Indifrence. C.E.O.

Fear of absolution, relishing of hindrance.   A wall of black, darkness that rests within   To fall under blistering defeat to reiterate the blood red scrolls of sin. Decimate remains of a hallowed grave,   Torment and desire to those who strayed. Falter under knowledge of an atrocious cause, Beg for the black widow to hear you call. Succumb to the temptation of a lustrous quintessence,   Grasp at the hot wind of a deserts blast. Underestimate the repudiation of the reserved contrast, To be forever forgotten, but to always last.

Rotten fruit is still fruit, no matter how bitter or sour the taste I don't keep rotten fruit in my house, there is no what if, or case. Decomposition is the fate, once a fruitful piece of life, is now death, served, rotting in its place. I won't be the piece of fruit rotting from the inside out, because of the fruit that surrounds me. You smell is getting stronger, your taste; undesirable. I cannot digest, your unrepairable. One last time I will reiterate, I don't keep rotten fruit in my house, there is no what if, or case.

#1 | 31 Poems for August 2016 Before I put my words and wishes in a poem, I put them in a prayer first. Luyanda once told me that I don’t always have to rhyme every time I write these words down. She also regularly told me that I need to smile twice as much as I frown. I have been a loner, way before my peers began smoking marijuana. Sitting in the local park or standing on some dodgy neighbourhood corner. But I can’t judge them, sometimes I want to get lost in those same clouds too. They all get so high to the point where they cannot even see the ground. I’m from the city where jacaranda trees light up the streets with their purple blooms, but I’ve told you before. Spoken words filled with so much truth, I had to reiterate the quotes I wrote back in my youth. You need to know the value of life before it gets taken away from you. Will you be a victim of the past or pay homage to your mother’s womb? View the kaleidoscope of life through the perspective of a spoken-word poet. Freedom and love are like finding forever and I hope that everyone in my life knows it. Let’s all meet in the pages of a story where the ink always holds us together. Every poem of mine is written from the heart so every single word you hear is guaranteed to be a pulse. I have been a loner, way before my peers began smoking marijuana. The plagiarist is somebody who loves the high regard. Talent less and lazy and lack a sense of working hard. Its easier to copy, take credit for another's trade because they lack accomplishment, it makes them feel afraid. Afraid, because of inadequacy in what they do or say they want the credit of their peers without a price too pay. Incompetent and shallow might cause these beasts to steal. They like to boast of mastery but of course this is not real Shameful in their thievery could never achieve the work they stole but perhaps when they're pretending this helps to make them feel whole. This should not make them happy. This should not make them glad. In fact it should reiterate that they are really, very sad!
