There is a solitude of space
Separate from Love. God. Food. Money. Cleanliness. Water. Sleep. The alcoholic from drink. The *** addict from -- Air. Time. Privacy. Freedom. These things tear down, cause Stress. Illness. Fear. Sadness. Anger. But the return is hopeful, As is the possibility of a won battle, And, sometimes, it takes a few tries.

Oo. Totoo.

What does quality time together mean When everybody's glued to their smartphones Mom and dad buy new gadgets and forget each other... again. Meals are left cold on the dining table Nobody pays attention to homecooked meals anymore Food is rather thrown in the bin or reheat again and again... What is the value of mom's kitchen when Domino's Pizza can be ordered via online? The magicof smartphones... Homes aren't cozy place for us anymore Everybody enjoys secrecy... privacy... Living far  apart but breathing under the same roof.... Dear daughter comes home in tears Dinner date a sheer disaster, she said... He checks his Whatsapp notifications every now and then...and smiling reading his messages.., A total shame... Technology is meant for convinience sake Same time rapidly ruins our everyday life What has happenened to real conversations? Hiding behind the sophisticated gadgets What good is that? Get rid of of your latest Samsung and show your true face...

Smartphones
Social media companies Swear it's you they want to please They badly want for you to see That they value privacy And that there are several strictures On who can see your posts and pictures. You think your profile is secure You're satisfied until you hear That they sell your information To advertising corporations. Every post that you've spent time on pictures, videos you had your eye on They save it all for using later And say "It's ONLY metadata!" They as good as have a list Of content that you can't resist And knowing full well what you like With custom ads they duly strike! They desperately want you to keep scrolling So they can see the money roll in. And their ethics will be forfeited So advertisers can be profited.

*Further my mind goes, than I believed it could fathom Fathoms below even the deceased dreams chasm Impassionately growing through and between atoms To learn There is no whole truth in solely words Blindfolded, if your mind isn't where the memory occurs So it's sure We'll never understand more than we're capable to confer And it doesn't mean, you can't relate to the way I toss n' turn In my sleep That it isn't the same color we bleed Or that we aren't perhaps equally 'deep' Just that we hold some nature of privacy in our thoughts, from any other's gaze Did I mention it was books of seperate authors, though we're on the same page? What I wish to relate today Is I have been changing to date I'm breaking, down just like anyone else Draining my health Enslaved by the chase of wealth Smiling while we're high, but we'll retreat to our personal hells The honesty is, I'm scared to delve into myself Because I know where my truth gets ugly, and has no glamour Not the 30 second commercial version of what it's like living with cancer It's habits, actions and manner Looming over my pride Leaving a weakness in my stride Making me feel tired before I've tried*

You Can't Keep Secrets From Your Dignity
G. government O. organization O. ogle You... ..yes you are so interesting or threatening to the government that they feel compelled to watch you all day, every day, constantly and a tech company is aiding them in violating a core principle of freedom; the right to privacy. A tech company is complicit in a tyranny against freedom and individuality while selling you knowledge? I hope Trump finds the courage to start hanging traitors because Google will be the greatest weapon against freedom ever created by man.     *There is not such a thing as democracy.     There is no such a thing as freedom.     There is no thing called capitalism.     America is a myth.* *

G.O.O.G.L.E.
The night is only a sort of carbon paper, Blueblack, with the much-poked periods of stars Letting in the light, peephole after peephole -- A bonewhite light, like death, behind all things. Under the eyes of the stars and the moon's rictus He suffers his desert pillow, sleeplessness Stretching its fine, irritating sand in all directions. Over and over the old, granular movie Exposes embarrassments--the mizzling days Of childhood and adolescence, sticky with dreams, Parental faces on tall stalks, alternately stern and tearful, A garden of buggy rose that made him cry. His forehead is bumpy as a sack of rocks. Memories jostle each other for face-room like obsolete film stars. He is immune to pills: red, purple, blue -- How they lit the tedium of the protracted evening! Those sugary planets whose influence won for him A life baptized in no-life for a while, And the sweet, drugged waking of a forgetful baby. Now the pills are worn-out and silly, like classical gods. Their poppy-sleepy colors do him no good. His head is a little interior of grey mirrors. Each gesture flees immediately down an alley Of diminishing perspectives, and its significance Drains like water out the hole at the far end. He lives without privacy in a lidless room, The bald slots of his eyes stiffened wide-open On the incessant heat-lightning flicker of situations. Nightlong, in the granite yard, invisible cats Have been howling like women, or damaged instruments. Already he can feel daylight, his white disease, Creeping up with her hatful of trivial repetitions. The city is a map of cheerful twitters now, And everywhere people, eyes mica-silver and blank, Are riding to work in rows, as if recently brainwashed.

All you have to offer me is broken English but what you get in return is a broken heart! "Hi cute pic u me friend?" you ping me randomly; I am sorry dude,my picture didn't respond! Not just you,but all the guys from your clan have a typical dressing style that I can note from your photos. A smug face, bright colored clothes, unkempt hair; cigarette burnt lips and alcohol shot eyes! Don't judge me, I am just sharing my observation but I appreciate your perseverance of sending multiple messages! "Hey u","Reply and expect* me","Don't put scene^","Fraandship#??","Change new pic" and all I could think of is "Not happening bro!!" Wondering why I wrote this ode to you?! You are a hero man! An unsung hero in your own world! When science and technology advances, when countries and continents fight and make up all you can think of is this random girl who is ignoring you!Talk about goal-oriented!! You have a dumpy old computer with an internet connection and a Facebook account and you want to have girls who you don't even know; You are more ambitious than Shakespeare's Brutus! You get irritated looks from all the girls you stalk, Yet you are unaffected as you never get to know that!! I envy your spirit, I envy your hard-work!! Burning the midnight oil to get ignored by girls you don't even know! Though you stalk this much, in reality you are shy to even talk! You are a mystery, a dark knight I might say!! Whatever anyone says, I know you wont give up!! You are a big challenge for all those privacy setting developers, you creep and crawl through the web so much and still you always remain -A random stalker!!

*** Poem
What if I had fallen to my knees On the cold parking lot concrete Tears washing over my cheeks And cries no one should ever have to hear Bellowing out from beneath my ribs Screaming at the sky Looking up at your face Forcing you (and everyone else) To see me in this godforsaken state Of absolute chaos Heartbreak In it's rawest form What if I had begged you to stay? What if I'd told you I can't do this without you? What if I'd told you how much I needed you What if I did anything other than fighting back the tears Maybe for myself, maybe for you, Mostly for the crowd of people gathering Saying their goodbyes Anxiously looking around to bear witness to everyone else's reactions And I didn't want to be that girl That girl who falls to the ground Kicking and screaming and crying and begging But what if I was? What if I was any girl other than the one I pretended to be that day The one that held her tongue and kept her mouth shut because she knew the second she opened it to speak she would sob The one that wrapped her arms around you for the last time, and the one that let go The one that couldn't bear to watch you walk away So she kissed you goodbye Got back in the car And drove home What if i wasn't that girl who didnt allow herself to completely fall apart until she was alone in the privacy of her own home? What if instead I'd made a scene, Doing what everything inside me so desperately wanted to Grabbing hold of your hand and refusing to let go Losing the facade of confidence The charade of strength But I'm not that girl And I never will be So each and every time you leave I kiss you goodbye I unclench my fists and retract my anchors I untether my heart from it's human home And I put on a brave face Maybe for myself, maybe for you, Or maybe For that girl.

I love you because the Earth turns round the sun because the North wind blows north sometimes because the Pope is Catholic and most Rabbis Jewish because winters flow into spring and the air clears after a storm because only my love for you despite the charms of gravity keeps me from falling off the Earth into another dimension I love you because it is the natural order of things I love you like the habit I picked up in college of sleeping through lectures or saying I’m sorry when I get stopped for speeding because I drink a glass of water in the morning and chain-smoke cigarettes all through the day because I take my coffee Black and my milk with chocolate because you keep my feet warm through my life a mess I love you because I don’t want it any other way I am helpless in m love for you It makes me so happy to hear you call my name I am amazed you can resist locking me in an echo chamber where your voice reverberates through the four walls sending me into spasmatic ecstasy I love you because it’s been so good for so long that if I didn’t love you I’d have to be born again and that is not a theological statement I am pitiful in my love for you The Dells tell me Love is so simple the thought though of you sends indescribably delicious multitudinous thrills throughout and through-in my body I love you because no two snowflakes are alike and it is possible if you stand tippy-toe to walk between the raindrops I love you because I am afraid of the dark and can’t sleep in the light because I rub my eyes when I wake up in the morning and find you there because you with all your magic powers were determined that I should love you because there was nothing for you but that I would love you I love you because you made me want to love you more than I love my privacy my freedom my commitments and responsibilities I love you 'cause I changed my life to love you because you saw me one friday afternoon and decided that I would love you I love you I love you I love you

Disconnected the more we’re connected Our children are affected and feeling neglected While our rights to privacy are no longer respected An idea our ancestors never projected The transgressions of technological progression An obsession creating social oppression A Millennial’s iDol, a prized possession

iDol
truth be told, I am not that bold. It is a jab into my eye, a reality full of lies that my mom blames this distress. Hold on, I can't tell black from white. Might as well be blind, I can predict even the scenic route that people doubt. My whereabouts are no longer in a crowd, standing with witnesses is unhealthy for me. I want privacy, isn't being alone key anyways? Who is to care if I write "Beware" or just stare. In the end, there is this sentence left to bare. Always interpreting the language I so rarely speak. Energy may flow for others, but I am not a plug one can spark by lousy remarks.

I told the truth
Excuse me, sir, your pants are on fire. Yes, i am talking to you, sir. This is quite a mess you have made, you starry-eyed dreamer. Not that it was perfect in the beginning. Nothing is. When my grandfather got old, he made sure to dress well. If he was to die on any given day, he intended to do it in his Sunday best. My grandfather died in a unisex hospital gown. When i was growing up, Mom always made sure i wore clean underwear. It would be shameful to die in ***** ones. Speaking of growing up, i was raised on Reaganomics. It doesn't matter which side of the aisle you stand on these days, because Reagan defeated communism through the clever use of money. When my grandmother was set to pass, she faced the changing seasons with poise and dignity.  She was ready to move on, to reunite with loved ones lost. My grandmother died in a unisex hospital gown. My best friend, Peter, didn't put much stock in appearances. He was funny and sarcastic. We all loved him like a brother.  Peter's mom buried him in brand new Ecko gear.  He died in boxer shorts on the floor of a ramshackle apartment blue in the face from a ****** overdose. Thank god none of these people will ever need healthcare. Mr. President, sir, i am no Republican. i am an American. You do remember us, don't you? How silly of me...of course you don't. You were busy watching your legacy. i would have watched it better, if it had been my name at risk. My name is all i have. When Bill Clinton was president, he lied about getting a ******* But we forgave him. It was just a ******* It's not like it was our privacy or healthcare at stake. Or our economy. Have you dreamed about any of those things, sir? Or just your legacy? Who knows? How well do we ever know anyone? Christmas is right around the corner, and i and others have made you a fine gift, a lovely suit. It's invisible. You probably won't notice. No matter... one day you will have to remove your flaming pants. To try on your new suit. Or, god forbid, to put on a unisex hospital gown. And then you will finally see your legacy.

We are watching your every move in the airports of america like the stock market every day. We are telling you that this is the way you should talk about other cultures because we are the thought police. We are telling you that we will close your fun establishments early because we want to change the culture. Yes folks Big Brother is watching. We are demanding you buy into the TSA agenda of taking away your privacy at airports. We are demanding you sacrifice freedom because 9/11 was our way of starting the New World Order Yes folks big brother is watching your moves.

Give me your hand Make room for me to lead and follow you beyond this rage of poetry. Let others have the privacy of touching words and love of loss of love. For me Give me your hand.

A Conceit
Bustling activity, Frenzied brief energy, Noisy beepers beeping, Doctors, nurses, calling, How are you? How did your weekend go? Echoes of friends and beaus. Friendly voices chatter, plans for weekend matters. How are you? Calm Code Reds cut the air, urgent, requesting care. Elevators dinging, Loved ones heard exclaiming, How are you? Not given privacy, Stripped of their dignity. Phantom guests, masks they wear, nurses ask, no one cares, How are you?

The Hospital
I have you in my sight Time to take that picture Saving it with your name So you can look yourself up Tell me where you are now I need to know for your safety Forget about privacy Everyone's life is becoming an open book Film all of your surroundings to give memories more meaning You look so much more happier with that shining bright filter on Slave of the new media Need to confirm my existence So please give me your opinion to make my wasted days count Conversations made through meaningless stares at the screen Real emotions never shown Only delivered Have you heard the news? Why are you ignoring me? Because everybody else has heard about the truth of my lies

Angelic minds, they say, by simple intelligence Behold the Forms of nature. They discern Unerringly the Archtypes, all the verities Which mortals lack or indirectly learn. Transparent in primordial truth, unvarying, Pure Earthness and right Stonehood from their clear, High eminence are seen; unveiled, the seminal Huge Principles appear. The Tree-ness of the tree they know-the meaning of Arboreal life, how from earth's salty lap The solar beam uplifts it; all the holiness Enacted by leaves' fall and rising sap; But never an angel knows the knife-edged severance Of sun from shadow where the trees begin, The blessed cool at every pore caressing us -An angel has no skin. They see the Form of Air; but mortals breathing it Drink the whole summer down into the breast. The lavish pinks, the field new-mown, the ravishing Sea-smells, the wood-fire smoke that whispers Rest. The tremor on the rippled pool of memory That from each smell in widening circles goes, The pleasure and the pang --can angels measure it? An angel has no nose. The nourishing of life, and how it flourishes On death, and why, they utterly know; but not The hill-born, earthy spring, the dark cold bilberries. The ripe peach from the southern wall still hot Full-bellied tankards foamy-topped, the delicate Half-lyric lamb, a new loaf's billowy curves, Nor porridge, nor the tingling taste of oranges. —An angel has no nerves. Far richer they! I know the senses' witchery Guards us like air, from heavens too big to see; Imminent death to man that barb'd sublimity And dazzling edge of beauty unsheathed would be. Yet here, within this tiny, charmed interior, This parlour of the brain, their Maker shares With living men some secrets in a privacy Forever ours, not theirs.
