snowmen, sleigh-bells and stockings (with holes)
You were so hot I spun twice to see, call me a fan Your regal youth made my blood boil, call you peter pan *You were like a boomerang I wanted to throw away but you kept* coming back to me, *And maybe I've always been scared of hurdles and you were my biggest one, 'cause I just can't* get over you, you see I thought you were like a paradox: Cool as ice and hot as molten rock You were like a magician with words, drove me so crazy I was pulling out my hare, You steal my heart like a pirate captain when I sea you standing there, But you didn’t have any morals, I deserve to call you whoreible Yet you still think you're cute. you know? leaving my house the way you came would be adooreble I discovered your texts to her on my birthday, the cake was ruined with my tiers You caught my Eye with your animal magnetism, but you’ve been a cheetah for years What? you think this is a game? No, you don't have a clue! You had a monopoly on my life and now your name is taboo You said you needed some time and space to yourself you were the only one in the galaxy I Wanted, I guess life never turns out how you planet and since you left I've been feeling haunted, Why did I believe you were a great catch? Just because you **master ***** You made me think we could smash; every second felt like a brawl Loving you was no gouda, though I swiss you now that you’re gone, it isn’t easy, I said goodbye, It’s not you it’s brie, sorry that was cheesy. You gave my life flavor but you were just a masked spyce that made my life sour like limes I know I need to chili but you have really bad taste and we’re out of thyme I need a holiday *from your lies, my patience is running short I’m better off with you gone, and leaving you is my last* resort I guess we didn't have that spark no need to be astunished, all I know now is: IT IS TIME YOU WERE PUNISHED.

Angels hailed that solemn hour The breath of man transferred To machine, a little more Each decade, until Bioeugenics, discrimination Against organics, the weak Without cognitive implants Heavens dissolved in tongues of fire AIs owned stocks, corporations Became the property of supercomputers Concede then the victory, old humanity To your children, not your natural heirs But the inheritors of your ruin Of your bioweapons, Ebola Of your hypocrisy, climate change Of your wealth seeking, inequality Not yet my son’s distracted eyes Could meet his fate among the Congress of Quantum entities These were the turning years Where man’s destiny ended The rise of Cyborgs, Enhanced humans And the monopoly of a more Advanced civilization breaking away From the old, evolution’s funny Little Epilogue, hardly a surprise To the transhumanistic philosophers.

Age of the Quantum Machines
Some people say life is a game, like Monopoly, but for most of us, our lives are sorry. Sorry you've been abandoned, sorry i can’t see you any more, I’m so sorry for your loss. Sorry, sorry, sorry is as sorry does. Sorry’s mean they didn't love you, he didn't care, and we couldn't save her. Sorry's **** Sometimes sorrys feel good but most of the time they feel like crap. Sorry's mean guys are jerks, people hate me, and I. HAVE. NO. FRIENDS. Sorry, sorry, sorry, say it three times over a wound and it won’t make it heal, it’s just a five letter word, but it's a four letter word to me, it doesn't do anything. It doesn't heal scars, or take back the words, or take the razor blades that end peoples lives from their shaking hands as they draw their last breath. Sorry, sorry, sorry, it doesn't make life any better, it doesn't make it right.

Sorry...
I was born with a baseball bat in hand. I had walk-mans and dreams. I had "Let's go to college" I had "Shoot for the moon." If I could travel back, and tell that kid what to do. I'd say "You wouldn't believe the revolution coming for you. " "Run. Get away. You'll never be free." "There's nowhere to hide from these blinking lights and these screens." "Cherish your days of Summer in the grass. Cherish those boring Monopoly nights." "They are everywhere And the Kid's Aren't Alright."

They say follow the rules There's a predetermined path Disregard the heart Obey the minds morality But choose your own destiny No more cliched love stories No xy algebra , but 1+1 math Go back to a more simplistic start Monopoly of cloned society slaves Working for similar goals until their graves Discrepancy is rejected Individuality gets neglected Pour your soul into the ocean now The deeper it goes The safer it gets Watch it fall as the sun bastes on the waves

Money is a **** producer, who mascarades as a professional film producer, promising fame and fortune to young girls in LA. Money exploits us all, telling us to cry on his **** as he forces it down each of our throats. MMM Money talks its valuable poetry, cha ching as we take the money shot, the money shot, the money shot... Blaw! we take the money and run. Exploited, every one of us carries this inflated value; running around with our heads chopped off. Where did we put our heads? Not a one realizing how. We put our heads collectively in the sand. Money talks, but we dont. Money walks, but we wont. Money marches, but we cant stand. Can't form a coherent sentence while we're getting ****** "If my dad finds out he will destroy me!" "I won't tell." Money wants us young, dumb, and full of idiom; and as the bubble bursts, we can't help but feel depressed. Our faces are all over the internet. America the beautiful, I can hardly see your face behind the biggest, blackest **** If you want to turn anyone into your own personal ***** first you got to get the money! Money is king. But is he kind? Money is our god, but what kind? Money money money, MONEY! The lyrics of every rap song on the top 100 Can we get some hoes and some money that we can throw's up in here!? It's what we all want, and its what we all fear. Money controls us and rules us without a peer. Money replaces trust, it replaces common decency, and puts a friendly mask on the face of a murdering monster. Money makes me sick. It smells like burning flesh if you read it just right, and put your nose up real tight, it can start to burn you too. Roll a hundo, give Ben a sniff. Money doesn't care if you sell it off to buy drugs or a train wreck. Money isn't ethical and neither are you. Money wants us all to bow down, and when we rise up, we look like monopoly men. Give me some money and I can change the world into a paradise on earth; give your local bank some money, and our world looks like a shopping mall.

If the grass is always greener, Stand on both sides of the fence It's possible to play the field while sitting on the bench Jam all your grubby fingers In each and every pie Take the best of both worlds And never study why Don't agonise over choices You can join and beat them Stuff your greedy little face Have your cakes and eat them Don't win some, lose some The winner takes it all Use the rainy day one now There's another in the hall Pop an egg in every basket Get more cooks on that broth The more the ******* merrier And I want the ******* lot.

Monopoly
Dear Perfect Girl, Grounded in the real world Taking care of herself like you’re rooted in a material one Your eyes and smile never cease to amaze But it’s your ambitions that set my heart ablaze Your laugh puts a smile on my face That seems to erase and replace The negative and repetitive If only for a second I love our similarities But our differences make it worthwile From your taste in music to your sense of style Because a venn diagram without differences is a circle And I’d rather go the extra five-thousand two-hundred and eighty feet To be close to you Than to already understand most of you By understanding myself Dear Perfect Girl, There are dimes that will do anything for a nickel And nickels out making dimes But I want your two cents And though I may laugh at it I take it to heart sometimes Because like a game of monopoly I don’t want to find myself back at the start And I don’t really watch chick flicks But I saw 500 Days of Summer And you’re my Autumn To which I’ll be sprung for in the winter I wear no mask for you Because I’ve divulged my past to you For you are presently in my future And though you may be a feminist I’ll try and be a perfect suitor Dear Perfect Girl, You say you’re OCD about some things But it’s your imperfections that are great for me And though I’m not sure I’ve met you yet I dare you to wait for me Because every day I improve myself In preparation for thee And a relationship you won’t forget I’ll wear knee pads and a helmet For when the day comes that I’m head over heels I’ll be able to get up in time to catch you When you fall in love Disney taught me to wish on the stars above And I’ve wished on every star Thrown a penny in every fountain And spent every 11:11 Wishing for you Perfect Girl

have sieved the ruins of discarded things, sometimes finding in an old magazine, women looking through you with ageless eyes block square keys of a typewriter, cardboard covers of fragile messages, images of shattering glass, empty bottles of RAT POISON, ‘Kamasutra for beginners' ‘The lonely wife’ other clandestine books, sometimes, extracted from some secret wardrobe chamber, wrapped in brown paper school notebooks with red tick-marks, blots, rights, wrongs, devastating stories of marks, homework, a light bulb that still works, the legs of a chair, toy horses, toy cars, scratched plastic gaping holes in mugs, buckets, fake notes from a crumpled game of monopoly, a chewed dog's collar, a heavy rusted ***** every night in my dreams, they come hopping over a barn, now you know, that I do not count sheep

Making Wealth
It's easy to be good at many things, It's sad to be known for just a few; It's alright to try everything once, But it's hard to be an Ace among the crew. It does take a lot of courage To accept the norms and later pine; But to stand up to what you believe in-- That takes a hell of a thick spine! People call it arrogance, To walk away from the crowd; But with time, the one who walked away, Is the one who walks proud. Free will is an illusion for many, It's a social necessity to walk in a herd; Society accepts you on its own conditions-- Which if not fulfilled, you remain unheard... There's a monarchy of tradition, That feeds a monopoly of disappointment; *It's your charity to their egos, That secures your appointment!* Go, find where you belong, Amidst this raging tide; Swim through the mailstorm, Pull at the chains that keep you tied. Break free of those psych bonds, Move out into the light; Rid yourself of that ancient poison, And proclaim your own path as right.

I been on, and on, and on going at it. Bring the metal, if you have it. We can play it out. I'm paranoid, indulge into the void. I'm a black Savage, bad as Black Sabbath. Set your ship, shit-deep, Your last words, you better assist with what we can salvage! The other side of me, asked _if you can manage!_ I'll take us both out! Go out. Goku and Raditz Blasted into King Kait's World Special Beam Canon. None of this is common. None of ths Canon. A cottage at the end of the path, between maple trees and evergreens, a front porch, weathered boards, memories in the grain, summers by the lake, green converse allstars, monopoly into the wee hours of the morning, pancakes and bacon mornings, red ginham table cloths, chasing fireflies, sparklers, hot dogs on the grille, spitting watermelon seeds, sticky chins... a cottage, memories, and now we make our own, hand in hand as love once again sits on the porch, counting stars and drinking lemonade, you and me and a cottage at the end of a path... love

A cottage
Looking back it's revolting to me A marriage to hypocrisy Quantum leaps forward Like an angel's descent Into darkness and madness Wings are picked off for lent The pride of the ages and mediocrity Are the fruits of the pharaoh's' monopoly Golden decor for tombs Sandstorms and lost places Swords of knowledge are found But wisdom; no traces Sold myself in to blind slavery The chains that bind are just as free Quantum leaps forward Like a mortal's ascent Above the pride of the ages Till the pharaohs repent

The Pride of the Ages
That was then, this is now Who was where when what was how? Hear them take their last breath as they're shot down I scream Floating in the gene pool, expecting the man who can walk on water to arrive Sell outs and everyone who has had a bad week even though it's only Monday Whippersnappers hang their heads in shame I am one of twelve So expendable We live in gluttony Lineleaders, math teachers, bottom-feeders have no idea Watch them fall and be forced to crawl on their bellies We laugh Lewandowsky-Lutz dysplasia, getting back to your roots Progeric clock-makers, lying dead on The Yellow Brick Road Thin-skinned Transsexuals putting bricks in their purses We live by eight We die from our weight And go unbloomed        -Tommy Johnson Standing in a nuclear reactor somewhere in Chernobyl looking for the truth It might be in my contaminated endoplasmic reticulum I am a radiant Doppler radar Monopoly dollar Singing in the shower, amateur hour Projecting sour notes Pouring out their hearts and souls, hear them Trying Moo-juice nectar, spilling off The Round Table Blondes in red bracelets, Kabbalah saves them Henry pays no tax, John Berryman's bats tell us You are the lunatic We are the two quarters of a half-wit This whole thing is insane -Tommy Johnson

A Horse Of A Different Color
Board games, card games your games, my games, I can't get enough. Checkers, Chess, Stratego, Battleship, Clue and Risk require such strategy and a taste of boldness. For Twister and the Slip-n-Slide, you need flexibility and dare. Monopoly, Ultimate Frisbee and Slaughter Ball all require a good amount of aggression, where Senet, Operation and Connect Four only need clever patience. For Jenga and Topple, you need the skill of a gymnast. Rummy, Gin, Go Fish, Blackjack and War, you need only an opponent. Now, go play! Written By: Andrew D. Robertson

Game Time
Angry, Annoyed, and Jobless Starting to feel hopeless wondering what it takes to make it and if I have it or if I can even find it. Friends changing, time passing, learning the youth is not everlasting. Face changing showing some aging starting to feel the body aching. Looking at all the time taken. Many roads could have but should have that were never taken. Searching for employment in a maze of internet searches and job applications. Getting red starting to steam with the same response with different logos. Not knowing why it's always a no go. Went to school got a couple of degrees. One is just a mantel decoration made of cheap balsa wood and lies. The other is great but never enough. Wanting more companies always want more. I think education and jobs are working together. Education is the wheelbarrow that takes all of your money Jobs is the boot kicking you in the *** to remind you that you do not have any and that you need more. Every time we pass go with another job interview we get a glimpse of hope but it drives off in a car or sails away in the corporate battleship. That leaves only the dog to **** on our dreams and leaves us wondering where is our dream of lots of money and a big top hat. Just left to feel thimble like and try to iron out the details of your life I am tired of looking tired of getting told no. Going to do it on my ******* own. Load up the cannon with what money, hope, and dreams I have left and shoot for the stars and hope I can reach mine and fulfill my dream and escape this monopoly game of life.
